Chapter 169: Accepting the Queen

Samantha now understood everything and some of her confusion was cleared. She was also less apprehensive about the young King and his abilities. She did not fear as much as she did before. Instead, there was profound respect and awe in her eyes for him. It was unknown whether was it because of King's abilities or due to the fondness she had for him that made her adore him subconsciously.

Daphne smiled in delight at seeing the vast difference in her expression from before. Samantha seemed more cheerful than before and her dread towards her son was not that obvious. Though she had not managed to eradicate her fear completely, Daphne had at least managed to reduce it significantly.
