" Okay but you did know that this kind of thing has happened and you even had a conversation with the guy,right? Why didn't you confess this to the police? "Miss Nair asked. 

" Or you should have informed the police once you saw the news. "She said after a pause. 

" I was about to tell but this guy showed up at my place the next day when I was leaving my house. I don't know how he knew my place but it's possible because everyone in the area knew where I worked and lived. The guy showed up suddenly and asked if I saw anything and told me not to say anything. He even provided me with money to keep my mouth shut. "The prisoner answered. 

"And you agreed? " Miss Nair asked. 

"Yes, " He agreed. 

""I have not seen a stupid person like you in my entire life.You came to jail but you left your family behind. " She mouthed as she looked at him in disbelief. "Wait, but how did you end up in jail? "
