Chapter 99: Stop pretending

Minutes later he started to shiver and his head fell on his palms as he balanced them with his knees. He was scratching, rubbing and poking his skin and hair. Quite an unusual and unexpected behavior. All this was while he continued to see the camera. 

" Good acting! "Jake commented and the others chuckled. 

Miss Nair was also allowed to watch him from a screen, a one way mirror so that she can see his behavior when she's not around. He definitely changed from a nervous and less confident behavior to someone with suicidal symptoms. 

Miss Nair entered the room again with some papers and he was back to that unusual frustration, terrified self. He was trying to pretend very well. 

All this just to avoid an interrogation? When he knows he has not even committed a crime but is here in jail in someone else's place. His behavior and the way he answers will surely make people believe that he was saying the honest truth. Miss Nair thought to herself.
