Chapter 376: Awakening

"Don't be in so much hurry, Em. Finish your juice first." Annika caught Emily before the latter could sneak out and the grown she let out made all her brothers chuckle.

"Emy! You can't fool mommy." Claire shouted from where she was sitting next to Daniel at the dining table with a glass of milk in her hands. The girl looked cute in her warm blue pajamas that had bunnies drawn all over it.

"I'm starting to believe you," Emily replied as she returned to her seat and picked up the glass of orange juice. She noticed Annika's eyes fixed on her and immediately took a big sip and smiled warmly at her sister-in-law who had become more like a mother figure ever since she married Daniel a few weeks ago.

"Finally someone can tame her," Mark commented as he ruffled her hair, making Emily groan loudly.
