Chapter 373: The Rush of Preparations

Emily sighed as she glanced at her packed schedule for the upcoming week. With Daniel's wedding looming closer, her life had turned into a whirlwind of activity. She sat at her cluttered desk, surrounded by stacks of paperwork, trying to focus on the task at hand.

It had been weeks since the day she and Shadow finally stopped fighting their bond and accepted their feelings for each other. Ever since then, the three of them - Emily, Kaiden, and Shadow, had been spending mostly all their time together which made their bonds stronger.

"Darling, are you ready to go shopping for the wedding?" Bianca's voice broke through Emily's thoughts as she entered the room, her eyes sparkling with excitement.

Emily smiled wearily, pushing aside her work for a moment. "Sure, just let me grab my purse."

"Are you alrigh? You look tired." Annika's worry filled voice pulled Emily's attention toward her soon to be sister-in-law.
