Chapter 141: 8

The five spread out into different areas so as to not get caught easily. The place had tall grey walls closing the space. Each passage lead into new rooms, all octagonal shaped. Ethan tried to make a connection. He tapped his forehead as they walked behind the Spiders using invisibility.

"Spiders have eight legs… an octagon had 8 sides… wow." He turned to Kai. "Do you have any idea why they would be obsessed with the number 8?" 

Kai's forehead creased and he tapped his pocket where his phone was. He wondered if Chelsea was okay. He wondered if he would come out of this alive to see her the next day. "Maybe it's something related to the planet they are from? Maybe they have 8 suns or something?"
