After about four to five hours of flying, we finally reached the top.
Not surprising me, the place here was in total destruction.
The roads, houses, buildings, stores, or even the wall that protected the whole entire place.
What was this place called again?

Well whatever it is, it's in ruins now.
"This place is..... the Kaspian City..."
It is or was a really huge city, easily amounting to about eight to ten times larger than the town below.
It had great and bug buildings. It even had a couple of auction houses.
Apparently, this city was founded by different tribes who made this place as a semi trading section.
However, it is now left in ruins. All by the cause of one single skill.
Judging from the size and the amount of people here, I'd say that the amount of souls the skill has is probably over nine to thirteen thousand.
'Damn it.... I need to find it fast.'
At best, I could only control it at fifteen thousand and maybe eighteen if push comes to shove. However, any amount larger than that is trouble.

I dashed and circled through the whole entire place. Surprisingly, it left no tracks at all as if it just destroyed the city and disappeared.
There wasn't a track like earlier in which it went upwards the mountain through burnt forest.
'What's happening....'

I dashed off and looked into the far distance.
The view was dashing and stunning. It wasn't simply a castle or a city which was floating high up in the air.
It was more of a whole mountain that was floating in the air. It was extremely huge and spacious.
It looked like it came straight out of a map in a video game.
It was a really awesome spectacle. What's more is that the city or kingdom was surrounded by several large airships heading or from there towards to every location.
Most of the airships looked more of a blimp or zeppelin while there are literal boats in which was flying and floating on the sky.
It was an incredible spectacle.
"Woah..."

'WHERE THE HELL IS IT?!'
I could no longer feel the connection nor it's essence. It's as if it was really just gone like poof.
'This can't be....'
I circled around once again and still found nothing.
"Uwa.... Haru, what are you stressing about?"

It was then did I suddenly notice a group of people were also circling around the destroyed city.
Scavengers? Bandits? no... they're too dressed up and organized to be something like that.
They were about 20-30 kilometers away from us so it seems that they haven't noticed us yet.
It seems that Ruri also noticed as well and so she became more alert and prepared.
I immediately descended within the city and walked on foot.
"They must be knights from the Sylia Kingdom."

A distan familiar small voice echoed into our brains which immediately brightened up Ruri's expression.
"Kinoko!"
We immediately looked for the direction of the voice.

We just ran towards where we could hear the voice louder and louder but during the process, I could tell it was also somewhere near the direction in which the knights were at.

I grabbed Ruri and put her on my back as I already confirmed where Kinoko was.

We dashed along the winds as we headed a certain direction.

What the hell happened to him?! Tsk! I dashed even faster and within seconds, we already arrived in top of the knights.

As soon as I had a vision of them, it was as if everything was in slow motion.
A total of 7 knights were there. They had the same type of armour except this time they had an even more flashier and silver shade of colour, indicating that their armours were on a whole another level compared to the knights we've fought off before.
They all wore the crest of the Sylia Kingdom and each of them were equipped with different weapons such as swords, greatswords, Hammer, Bows, and... a staff?
Huh.
In the middle of them was- KINOKO!
He was trapped inside a small cage made out of... electricity?

And it seems that he was being electrified. The loud sound of being tazed rang in my eres as my rage began to rise into unimaginable peaks.

I tried to observe and analyze their levels first but the system only showed me the same thing it did when I tried to look at my stats!
They were all filled with black boxes.

Ruri on the other hand, was already one step ahead jumped off towards them.

Although I couldn't see their stats, I could tell from the aura they were emitting that they were by no means weak.

The guy in the middle, handsome, purple haired faggot, smiled as he saw Ruri approaching in high speed.

I was already too late, she was suddenly stopped mid air.
Like literally, she was frozen in mid air as the purple haired guy rose his hand.
After that, he moved his hand a little and Ruri was forced to stay in a crucified position while in mid air.
