"I'm sorry for being late!" Martin called from the threshold, panting as he ran all the way from the stop. "I don't know how it happened that I overslept ..."

Even as he was finishing these words, Sid and Dave were right next to him.

"Are you all right?"

"Are you OK?"

"How are you?"

They asked one by one, making Martin embarrassed.

"I'm okay. There is nothing wrong with me…" he assured them, flushed, but then he felt a sudden pain in his abdomen and gasped involuntarily.

"What do you mean nothing?" Dave said indignantly. "You should be in the hospital now! Have you been to the doctor? What he said?"
