"I don't understand why you are telling me all this," Anya looked at Heru in confusion.

"I just want to say that I have worked for Mr. Bima for many years and I see how sad Mr. Ivan's life is. I only hope you keep your distance from him next time. If one day Mr. Ivan and Mr. Aiden fight, I hope you don't become a knife that injures them both," Heru said.

But somehow, Anya felt that Heru was saying all this for Ivan's sake.

She felt that Heru was more inclined to defend Ivan. Anya felt that Heru was deliberately talking about the past to make Anya's heart melt.
