Chapter 3
Lola POV
Today is where we find out who the nominees for student body president are. Obviously my brother is going to run. But I know that Zed is also going to run so zombies can go to Prawn.
"any nominees for student body president?" Principle Lee said.
"Addi, I'll be back" I said to my cousin
"Ok. See you soon Lola." She said. I walked out of the gym and down the empty hallway.
Wyatt POV
"The great alpha's near. I can feel it." I said.
"Focus, we're fierce" Willa said.
We're werewolves" Wynter said proudly.
"That's right Wynter" Willa said.
"Hide" I said as we hid in the shadows.
Lola POV
Something felt so off out here.
"Hello?" I said.
"Well hello Lola. We meet again" the stranger said.
"The only person I told my name to is-... Mysterious powerplant worker, will you tell me your name?" I asked.
"Wyatt" he said.
"Nice name for a zombie" I responded.
"Never in a million years" he said
"Well, Wyatt come into the light" I said not afraid.
"If you insist" he said stepping out of the shadows.
"You're a werewolf" I said with a shaky voice.
"You're not scared of us" he said shocked.
"Of course not. Two of my best friends are zombies. I have to go my brother is probably looking for me" I said walking back to the gym.
"What did I miss Bree?" I asked Bree when I got back to my friends.
Wyatt POV
"We should follow her" Wynter said. So we followed Lola all the way back to the gym.
Lola POV
"Werewolves!" Zed yelled. I handed Addi up to zed as the wolves came closer.
"There she is" their leader said as she looked at me. Zed was quick to call the football team into a defense position.
"Where's the moon stone Lola?" She said.
"Lola, how do they know your name?" Addi said.
"I only told him my name" I said pointing to Wyatt
"Where is it?" She said again
"I don't know what your talking about" I said.
"Our claws are razor sharp and will gut 'em and splatter their blood" said a short she-wolf. She got a look from the rest of her pack.
"What? Too much" She said.
"Wolves at my command!" their leader said. Eliza came up to me and was ready to take off her Z – band.
"Willa! We can't go to war with the whole town! We can't find the moonstone if the whole town is on high alert" Wyatt said.
"I hate it when your right! Wolves stand down" Willa said, and the wolves deformed.
"We wolves so admire your town. And we came to join your school" Willa said with a nervous smile on her face.
"What? They can't join our school" My brother said. Everyone turned to look at our football coach and Principle Lee.
"Well the forbidden forest is within the school district" said the football coach. Principle Lee nodded allowing the wolves go to our school.
"Well, welcome to Seabrook" I said moving past the football team. I walked past the wolves and went to my locker when I noticed Wyatt, the she-wolf, and another wolf had followed me.
After trying to forget about three wolves following me. I went to help Eliza and Zed hand out fliers to vote for Zed for president.
"Vote for Zed for president. He's a zombie, not a zom-can't-bie." I said. As a bunch of people took a flier.
"Eliza, remember what I texted you for his platform, zombie tongue taught as a second language." I said.
"That's perfect Lola" She said
"Well I'm off to the library to help Bree with her homework." I said. I walked there and saw Bree.
"Hey Lola" She said.
"Take a picture of your homework. I'll be back" I said and walked to get a book on werewolves. As I got the book, I noticed that Wyatt was watching me with a book upside down. I walked back to Bree and fixed his book.
Wyatt POV
The pack and I were walking in the halls. Willa was snarling at humans to scare them.
"These sheep just let us in. Baaaad idea" She said
"We agreed to play nice." I said, annoyed.
"Sorry. This is me being nice" She said as she drug her claws on the lockers. I sighed in annoyance.
"Look there she is" Wynter said. I grabbed a book and pretended to read it, but I was looking at Lola.
Lola POV
He laughed awkwardly as I went back to Bree.
"Hey! That dog is eating my homework" Bree explained.
"Bree you have that picture of your homework." I said as I sat down. Wyatt stood behind me.
"Lies. The original settlers stole our moonstone" W3illa said. She then turned around and walked away.
"I know that the alarm is going to go off." I said
"Our necklaces have a way with electronics" he said as his sister threw her necklace at the alarm.
