Chapter 205: Straight Line

Mr. Black's younger brother looked at him with narrowed eyes. 

He could not believe what Evelyn had said. Mr. Black was always like a father figure to him. Whatever his brother said, he made sure that it was done. That's why he did not think twice when his elder brother told him that Evelyn's mother was cheating on him. 

Maybe that's why he did not feel regret when he went out with different women over the years. He never had feelings for Mia's mother anyway. The only one he cared about was Evelyn's but after knowing that his first love suffered due to his brother he could not forgive himself. 

Mr. Black saw his younger brother looked at him for quite some time without saying a single word. He did not have to think twice to know what his brother might be thinking.

"She is telling you lies." Mr. Black said in a low voice but his younger brother's words cut through it.
