Chapter 109: Sandwiched Between

Clara moved towards the table to pick up the glass.

"Hello there," a man came towards Clara as he tried to strike up the conversation. "It has been long"

Clara did not know who the man was. It was embarrassing to ask who you are on the person's face. "Have it?"

Clara's smile blinded the man who doesn't like a girl who would smile sunshine. "Can I invite you for a drink?"

Clara's mind was shouting danger. If Clara wasn't interested in anyone, then she could have taken up the offer but now was different. 

Clara's eyes searched Oliver through the corner of her eyes. But her smile froze when she saw the murderous aura emitting from Oliver's gaze.

'What are you mad about when you are talking with a beautiful girl.'

Clara looked at the girl who was talking with Oliver as she touched Oliver's arm to get his attention back on her.
