Chapter 13: Onyx The Spartan
"Now because of some luck, Onyx and his teams found where the Beowolf Riders main base is so we will be hitting that tonight, but we all will only make sure that no one can escape Onyx will be the only one attacking there base leave some survivors to carry a warning for those that think we are easy to target," Roman tells Bubble Neo and Onyx.
Onyx stands there looking at his five best men in there HRUNTING/YGGDRASIL Mark I power armor it is both better and worse than his own EOD-class Mjolnir power armor, they didn't need to go through the augmentation but they have slower reflexes and won't be able to deal with elite Hunters and Huntress. None the less 5 of these deadly machines were a force to be reckoned with for their impressive armaments which is, the right arm ends in the 850-round, six-barreled Lucifer AMGG that fires bolts. What must be a targeting sensor suite resides in a large barrel mounted on top of it. The right shoulder is topped with a tri-barreled LAU-1810 missile launcher armed with SGM-151 heat-seeking missiles.
On the other side of the exoskeleton, an M149 Magellan recoilless rifle is mounted on the left shoulder. It requires the operator to manually aim it for accuracy. The suit comes loaded with fifty of the Magellan's explosive 105mm rounds, each with a blast radius comparable to a five-meter spread. The suit's left arm ends in a mechanical hand used to both operate weapons and manipulate external objects with ease. Two additional missile tubes are attached to the forearm and are packed with identical missiles as the shoulder-mounted cluster. To complete the complement, three Type-18 Anti-Armor Claymore explosives are attached to each thigh.
It also has a jetpack and three types of shielding units: a personal energy shield, a support type bubble shield, and a hard light riot shield. |And so pretty much the same type of shield as the Mjolnir has a bubble shield centered around it and a hard light shield that can come out of the non-rotary cannon hand.| Roman had said that there are upgrades for him on the way and he can't wait to see what they will be but first he must kill everything in this building this was his mission.
Making sure his needler was firmly attached to his side and that his willygun as Roman liked to call it even though Roman told him its actual name is Assault rifle Mark XI, making sure the tube was in properly looking at the weapon it didn't look special but it was loaded with fourteen hundred rounds of one-millimeter AM2 balls each inside of an Imperium metal shield, it was not something you wanted to be on the receiving end of |AN browny points for who can tell me what book this is from|. What happened after he walked into that building could only be described as a slaughter; his willygun put people down with ease scattering them on walls, ceilings and floors, until he ran into a group of Hunters hired by the Beowolf Riders. He was sloppy and foolish to think that they didn't hire any Hunters the first indication of them was his willygun being knocked out of his hand retreating quickly he identified the assailants two Hunters and a Huntress.
"Well well well an intruder are you one of those upstarts from The Merchants got to admit you have been holding out on all of us keeping the best stuff for your selves how selfish don't worry we will get our hands on it after killing you and showing your head to those outside, after all, it was foolish for the boss of a gang to attack are base all by yourself," One of the Hunters speaks condescendingly to Onyx well lifting his battle-ax.
"I am not the boss of the gang, just someone given new life by the boss," Onyx says, pulling out a silver grip made to conform to his hand. It hums to life showing a green bladed energy sword.
"Doesn't matter you all will die," the other man says well he brings up his sword and the Huntress brings up her daggers.
Onyx moves first, closing the distance between them in a flash, one hand grabbing the battle-ax the other stabbing towards the man's stomach with the energy sword. The man's eyes widen as he feels his flesh cook through his Aura when the energy sword approaches him only mostly successfully he loses his weapon but keeps his stomach it would be a win but now he is weaponless against the armored juggernaut his friends move to attack Onyx he uses his sword to cut one of the Huntresses daggers in half the other bounced off his shield the man with the sword fared worse as Onyx slapped him to the side with the battle-ax throwing him into a wall.
Onyx readjusts his grip on the battle-ax swinging it at the woman who doges the swing only to be met with the energy sword hitting her in the leg cooking her flesh but holding off the blade from cutting off her leg. She moves away from him backpedaling from Onyx who throws the battle-ax at her putting it through her chest with his enhanced strength, the man that was disarmed scrambles for Onyx's dropped rifle and attempts to fire it to no success then throws it at Onyx, Onyx wheels around pulls out his needler putting a shot of it into his face Onyx then walks over to the man with the sword who is just now coming around from the hit and cuts off his arm and leg with the energy sword the wounds are cauterized by the sword leaving him alive but crippled.
Onyx retrieves his willygun continuing with his massacre. The leader of the Beowolf Riders Duke didn't know what went wrong he decided to put pressure on a small gang that was selling the best weapons out there, figuring quantity over quality then he could have both quality and quantity he could take over Vale. Now he had gotten reports of an armored person attacking the base and how his men were being slaughtered by the person in armor so he dispatched the three Beacon graduates he had hired after they decided that going after the Grimm was too dangerous because one of their teammates died to the grim not that he cared but with the team of Hunters on his side he was able to do most everything he wished only a couple of gangs had Hunters on their side.
He had watched on the cameras how that monster had easily slaughtered the Hunters so he decided to escape no reason to stay on the sinking ship when suddenly he ran into a little girl in some sort of armor with a pistol holstered at her side and a chainsaw sword in her hand when she saw him a large smile spread across her face a smile, not of warmth or joy but one of insanity.
"Let's have some fun shall we," the little girl says, revving her sword.
When he turns to run he is grabbed by a man wearing armor like the little girl the man just shakes his head and pulls him towards the psycho with a chainsaw sword as he attempts to struggle.
