Chapter 31: Arc 2: 2.7
(My dear beloved readers, as I probably have a week for review, I take one day off to write the chapters as many as I can for one day. Then I can schedule the release based on the chapter until I finish my exam. Maybe once a week. Oh right, I think this consider be the good news because I have come up with two new storylines for two different stories, not this story as I have already planned it. But I won't forget to update this story as it makes me to where we are. If you're interested in it, I can post chapter 1 as a trailer, comment on it, and let me know.)
After Nineteen had cursed someone in his heart, the servant led him to his chamber, or rather their chamber. It was the same room as the personal room of the Nether Emperor last time he toured around the castle. The interior hadn't changed much, they just added some decoration to the room which was now filled with red and gold color's items.
Nineteen was thinking about what he should do at the moment when he felt a warm hug wrapped him from behind. A low husky whispered softly near his ear.
"Do you like it?"
Nineteen didn't reply immediately to the Nether Emperor, he turned his body around so that he could face-to-face with the Nether Emperor while he was still within his embrace. Their eyes locked at the moment Nineteen looked up. Nineteen was a head shorter than the Nether Emperor, so the moment he looked up their eyes came into contact.
Without anyone talking, they stayed silent which made the atmosphere turned somewhat ambiguous. In the end, Nineteen was the one who broke the silence.
"Well, isn't it a bit too much?", he added in his heart, 'Everywhere is too bright, I cannot look at it.'
"Really? Then I will tell them to remove it."
Finishing his sentence, he immediately called the servant to remove those decorations. Then, the only bright and noticeable item was the huge red and gold double-size bed in the middle of the room. Nineteen had to say this bed was bigger than his king-size bed in the first world.
After everyone left, the Nether Emperor led Nineteen to sit on the bed by princess carry him all the way which made Nineteen flushed red in embarrassment. Nineteen didn't know whether the feeling he had now was the same as the feeling back then when he was with Fredrick. He experienced the break up with his boyfriend in his world and then Fredrick came to heal him. Then what about now? Could this be called love as well?
Noticing the person in his arm staring at him without blinking, the Nether Emperor flashed a charming smile before he leaned forward to plant a soft kiss on Nineteen's forehead. Nineteen woke up from the daze and lowered his head embarrassingly.
The Nether Emperor sat on the edge of the bed followed by Nineteen on his lap. He didn't let go of Nineteen instead held him even tighter from behind. The Nether Emperor put his head on one side of Nineteen's shoulder and appreciated the smell that came from Nineteen.
"We will be married tomorrow. Are you nervous?"
The low sexy voice resonated beside his ear, made Nineteen's even more nervous. His heart's beat didn't know how fast would it be beating right now.
*thump* *thump* *thump* *thump*
Right now it was too fast, making his voice also shaking while speaking.
"W..we...well... T... to say... I... I'm not n... nervous is n... not... right!"
Even though he had once experienced the sweetness of love, he couldn't help it. Nineteen once again swayed by this man. He turned his head to the left side a little but the moment he turned, the soft lips meet the strong smooth jawline of the man behind him.
"Are you so eager, my dearest?"
"N...No...No"
Nineteen immediately turned his head back no longer bother about the tease. The Nether Emperor smiled from seeing his reaction. 'How cute he so cute!' was what he thought at that time. The Nether Emperor lifted Nineteen and put him properly on the bed. He gently petted Nineteen's head, feeling the smooth hair, he felt happy for some reason.
"Take a rest! I go back to work a little bit."
The Nether Emperor then proceeded to left the room, leaving Nineteen alone in this huge chamber. As Nineteen didn't what to do, he thought of checking the clothes chest that he received recently. He wanted what kind of clothes it was.
Without much hesitation, Nineteen proceeded toward the chests that were put at the east corner of the room. He opened the first box and found that the clothes style was similar to the Chinese Hanfu and some resemble Tunics. It came in a variety of colors. And at that moment Nineteen's thought was he didn't know how to wear it. But then he thought of the servant that he met before, they could be the ones who would help wear those. He put down the clothes and decided to go to the bed and took a nap or slept.
After who knew how long did he sleep, the moment Nineteen opened his eyes, he met the black eyes staring at him from above. He felt that the one before wanted to swallow him whole. Nineteen blinked his eyes multiple times indicate to him to get off Nineteen.
However, the person above Nineteen seemed to pretend he didn't see the signal, continuing to hold his position without any intention to get off. The Nether Emperor quickly leaned forward to kiss the desired soft lips. Nineteen was surprised by the action and wanted to protest. Therefore he slightly opened his mouth, and the Nether Emperor took the chance to invade inside. The hot and steamy deep kiss between the two of them continued for several rounds until Nineteen's body turn soft with no strength left.
"The sweetest."
The Nether Emperor flashed a radiant smile with his handsome face, making Nineteen was breathless for a moment.
"Get off!"
Nineteen gently pushed the Nether Emperor off himself, the Nether Emperor finally decided to get off and sat down on the edge of the bed while his smile never left his face.
"You slept quite long, now it's time to prepare for our wedding."
Nineteen was dumbfounded when he was told that he actually slept until the new day came. He hurriedly got out of the bed as the Nether Emperor called the servant to dress both of them up. Both of them were cloaked with red robes embroidered with the gold threat as a dragon and phoenix.
After they were done dressing up, the Nether Emperor wore his emperor's crown that has a bloody red ruby in the middle, and Nineteen was forced to put on the phoenix crown which has a big emerald in the middle and several red gemstones scatter around.
As they both arrived at the castle's gate, Nineteen was shocked to found there were so many dead spirits, standing side by side beside the path. He just took a glance at the crowd and found that he couldn't found the end of the line.
Every dead spirit in the Netherworld gasped out loud when they saw both of them walking side by side while holding hands toward the altar. The walk from the castle to the altar was around 10 minutes. While the two were walking slowly as the Nether Emperor wanted to show off his bride and also gave a warning and reminder to all those who had any evil intends, He glanced to the left and right from time to time. When suddenly Nineteen who was quiet all the time spoke up.
"Why do we need to walk so slow?"
"Well, just wanna relax a little."
"Really?"
"Really. Why do I have to lie to you?"
"Hmmph!"
Nineteen turned his head back to the front, no longer care for this sly Nether Emperor. Eventually, they both arrived at the altar and slowly strolled forward to the middle of it. The Nether Emperor turned Nineteen to face-face-to-face. Then he gently held both Nineteen's hands. A clear and domineering voice started to echo in Nineteen's ear.
"We, The 999th Nether Emperor of the Human Realms, with the ID of 9999991111, will accept the blessing of the Nether God above, by taking the human dead spirit by the ID 19896712345012 as our lifetime companion, granted the title of the Nether Empress of the Human Realms. We promised him to forever be with the Empress. We also promised prosperity and happiness to all the dead spirits in the Netherworld of Human Realms. From now on, we hereby declare human dead spirit by the ID 19896712345012 as the Empress of the Netherworld of Human Realms."
When the Nether Emperor finished his sentence, all the dead spirits cheered and clapped their hands as loud as they can and as many times as they could. Among the loud noise, the Nether Emperor pulled a jade bracelet from his sleeve and put it on the right wrist of Nineteen.
"This is my gift for you as your husband as I have been waiting for a long time. I've prepared this for you. This has some magic cast on it. You can use it to defend yourself from something dangerous."
"This is too much! Take it back. Otherwise, I might have it broken one day."
When Nineteen wanted to take off the bracelet, it wouldn't come off no matter how hard to tried to pull it. Seeing that, Nineteen was instantly anxious and look at the man standing before him.
"Don't try. It won't come off unless I said so. Also, don't worry about it break. I won't. So now that the ceremony is finished, how about the talk about something else? Hmm?"
Looking at the smug smile of the Nether Emperor, Nineteen felt that it wouldn't be something good. He's a little shiver from the thought.
