Autumn felt slight pain from the transferring, his body right now felt like floating. Then he opened his eyes, and when he suddenly saw a pale but bloody bone face. 4. 1SG: could reincarnate but as a hunter creature
5. SGM: could reincarnate but as a domestic animals
6. SGT - SGM could reincarnate but only as an animal, if they wanted to be human, they needed to earn more merit points to step into the rank of officer. They could earn the merits points through working in the hell prison and then working in the administrative as the warrant officer.
7. All the warrant officers cannot go to reincarnate because they would work in the administrative, handling the paperwork related to the reincarnation of the dead spirit in the Enlisted force and the Officer force.
8. Second Lieutenant & First Lieutenant: could reincarnate as Lower-class human
9. Captain & Major: could reincarnate as Middle-class human
10. Colonel & Major General: could reincarnate as Upper-class human
11. General: could reincarnate as Upper top-class human (very successful person)
12. If the Nether Emperor wanted to reincarnate, they could reincarnate based on the General rank, and they would give the title of Nether Emperor to the selected General under themselves.
