What happened to his aunt was the biggest weight on his chest and Angela remembered how weirdly Adam acted after that sudden incident, so it made sense to her, but it was still unbelievable that Adam was dealing with so much alone.

He was still far from being powerful enough to face the ancients let alone the other things that the universe had in store for him, however, he was on the right path and could see that everyone around him and himself were progressing.
