Chapter 59: WOKE UP
The 5 Princes who almost flew their way to the Imperial Palace after hearing such news happened to Princess Ashleah silently waited for their turn to visit her.
"What happened to her highness was very unexpected." Prince Enver was about to bite his nails but Prince Raven stopped him and shook his head. "Rumors are quickly spreading that our Future High Priest will protect us."
"Yes, he will indeed protect us. Still, I do hope that they won't forget about him being a human being that get tired and drained, he still has limitations to his own body." Prince Blake blurts out while massaging the back of his neck with his eyes closed.
"His Majesty told me that you can all come inside, the Duke and Axis are also inside waiting for her highness to wake up." Riley who looked exhausted bowed to the 5 Princes, they slowly opened the door and saw this large bed with a thick red canopy fabric with its side are glittering gold.
"Greeting-" Both stopped at each other, they did not want to greet each other for now. Prince Enver sighed as he slowly walked closer and saw how Ashleah was sleeping peacefully, it's been 2 days since the incident and the rumors have been spreading like wild fire.
Everyone was in chaos for their thought that her highness will never wake up again, but it was very VERY different for the people inside the Imperial Palace. They knew and they believed that the Princess was tough and she will wake up sooner of later.
"Forgive me for asking, Duke Deoncan but does her highness have any fever?" Prince Lovis looked at Duke Deoncan and Axis who was sitting down at the other side of the bedroom on a sofa. The Duke stood up and slowly walked his way to Ashleah.
"It was very good news when her highness got her fever down. Yesterday she was crying up all to night, she was asking for help." He sighed deeply and was about to caress Ashleah's hair but the Princess groaned lightly making Nash smile slightly.
And they saw it. They saw it how the Duke adored the Imperial Princess. Prince Akriel chuckled silently and pursed his lips soon after. Prince Raven smirked and shook his head while thinking that is this what love do to you?
"We do wish the fast recovery of her highness." Prince Blake took all of his courage that's been hiding inside of him. Of course! Who would dare to talk to Duke Deoncan or even Axis that was currently beside them!
"I, too wish for her early recovery." Prince Raven said. They all looked at each other and nodded their heads.
"We will go now." They said all in sync making Axis chuckle lightly, the future high priest knew that if Ashleah saw those 5 Princes like this she would be laughing non stop.
"His Majesty was kind enough to let us stay at the Beryl Palace for the mean time." Prince Raven said, the two nodded their heads and they all bid their farewell.
Beryl Palace is an extra Palace that was created by the last Emperor himself. Axis took a deep breath and looked at Nash.
"Nash, I will just get some fresh air, you okay staying here or...?" He tilted his head slightly and raised an eyebrow at his bestfriend.
"No, it's alright." Nash replied and looked at Axis with a very warm smile. As soon as Axis left the room, Nash looked around and pulled a wooden chair near him silently.
Nash sighed and leaned on the wooden chair, closing his eyes using his left arm. With that, he suddenly remembered that scene where Ashleah slowly consciousness right in front of his eyes.
Panicking, Nash quickly opened his eyes and looked at Ashleab who still had her eyes closed for the past days. He sighed heavily and slowly caressed the hair away from her face and tug it beside her ear.
"You should wake up now Ashleah. They are missing you." Nash whispered. Looking at Ashleah, he really thanked God that she already stopped crying.

Last night was chaotic, the Emperor was inside the chambers; taking care of Ashleah. Suddenly, he bursted out of the room as soon as Ashleah started crying loudly.
She was asking for help, that she could not breathe. The Royal Doctor came rushing in, Gab got his horse and quickly went to Nash quickly.
When he came with Axis, still confused and with their eyes widened; Ashleah was still crying loudly, telling them that it hurts. It was hurting so bad that she wanted to stab herself in the chest.
Axis quickly ran to Ashleah and was about to use his holy powers on Ashleah but Emperor Adler stopped him and shook his head.
"But Your Majesty! I do think I can help—" The Emperor shook his head and sighed deeply.
"Let us wait for another minute and if she does not stop crying, use your holy power on her. Axis, you still do not know how to control it. So it can cause harm to her."
His words echoed and repeated inside Axis' mind and it made him take a step back and wait for His Majesty to give him a signal to use his holy powers on Ashleah.
"AHHH!! FATHER NO PLEASE LET IT STOP! I-I DON'T WANT THE PAIN ANYMORE! FATHER SAVE ME!" She continued to scream in horror, Nash's heart dropped as he moved quickly to Ashleah's side and tried to calm her down.
"Hey, Ash I'm here." Still, with her eyes closed the tears streamed down her face, so Nash looked at the Emperor. His eyes held that expression like he was asking for permission if he can come any closer.
"Pl-Please.. Do not ruin the—"
"Hey, baby hey calm down okay? We're here for you. We won't let them hurt you." He whispered, slowly Ashleah's breathing stabled. The Royal Doctor puffed out avery exhausted sigh, and wiped his face using the palm of his hands.
"Royal Doctor, I do think that it is indeed the best decision for you to stay here for now. I do not wish to see my daughter to panic like that again, can your family understand that or–"
"No, it is fine Your Majesty. All for the Imperial Princess." He bowed and quickly went to the other side of the room to prepare medicines for Ashleah.
"So you can calm her down, don't you?" Emperor Adler whispered behind Nash's back making the Duke look back with an awkward smile plastered on his face.
"U-Uh no, Your Majesty. I think that it was just mere luck that the exact time I whispered to her highness, she too calmed down."
Axis and Emperor Adler chuckled– Why? Because Nash was slightly blushing while trying to defend his side.

"Earth to Nash??" Axis waved his hand right in front of Nash's face making the man back away and blink his eyes a couple of times.
"O-Oh. You're already here? Forgive me. My mind was just clouded with very deep thoughts." Nash said while rubbing his eyes slowly, making Axis chuckle a little.
"Nash, you really really like her.. Don't you?" Axis smiled at him making Nash silent for a few seconds.
"Mmm. W-What's happening?" Their eyes widened as soon as that familiar voice echoed around the silent room.
"ASHLEAH!" Both said in sync.
The Princess has finally woke up.
