Chapter 9: You
''Here... please don't cry alright, it hurts my heart knowing your crying,'' as those words hit my ears I could feel myself getting a little embarrassed over his mini confession and that exact moment I felt a sudden blood rush to my cheeks indicating I was blushing, a lot redder than usual. Despite being as red as tomato The both of us stayed in each other eyes, those captivating eyes, but I couldn't like a demigod our worlds are different and I had to snap myself out of this dream as I tear my eyes away from him as he also looks away before we heard a voice.
''Jac! Bring those herbs you gave Adriel with, I think it might work faster!'' you both hear Dex's voice.
''Coming!'' he stood up before he looks back and start to fumble his tunic and pulled out a handkerchief and he thrust his hands forward and put the little satin in my hands and he took off to his brother's request.
I looked at the handkerchief and smile.
J.S was embedded in the little satin.

we were now taking a turn on taking care of Adriel, I was the first one to volunteer while Jacob and Dex were out to get so more of the herbs that Jacob use on Adriel so I was put in charge.
It's been 20 minutes since Dex and Jacob decide to leave me here with Adriel, who's going to his second day of not waking. Guilt was sure eating me up since I was kind of the main reason why the man is lying in beside me right now.
But I was kind of relief to see Adriel isn't as pale as the last time Jacob and I had brought; He's still pale but not as white as snow.
I was so curious on the man lying beside me, he was so cold to everyone even with Jacob who is his brother, I couldn't imagine what would happen if he was awake knowing someone unknown was taking care of him, would he flip out and start trashing around? Or he might even ambush me again. A sudden reminder on what Jacob had said about me being special to Adriel, as if that's true we wouldn't be in this state. So I decided to come closer to see Adriel and realize that his hands twitch. My eyes widen and got closer to see if he was waking up.
''Adriel are you waking up?'' I look closer and I should have known better.
Apparently the world was once again never on my side and as I let out those question Adriel's eyes open and quickly he sat up accidentally bumping onto my forehead and didn't realize the force and I was sent tumbling backwards and I land in my butt as I groan Adriel was trying to stand and was trying to remove the blankets but his attempt fail as he starts to grunt because his wounds were only half-healed.
''Adriel stop! Your wounds are only half-healed, the boys; Jacob and Dex are coming back.'' I try to stand up and walk over to Adriel stopping him from moving too much and reopening his words.
And I thought demigods was supposed to heal fast, I thought.
''Help me up, I've got see the boys,'' he was so stubborn so with my figure I struggled to hold him down.
For a short guy he really good at putting up a fight, I rolled my eyes as I see the tiny man struggling to get up.
''Alright! Just be careful I'll help you, don't open your wounds,'' I helped him, it was better to follow what he has intended to do rather than anger the demigod.
''For a small human you sure a loud,'' he snickers
''And for a short demigod you are heavy,'' I grunt helping him up as he has one of hand sling over my shoulder.
''If I'm short human, then your tiny,'' he rolls his eyes,'' I'm not that short.''
''Says,'' grunting as I help him,'' you Adriel.... between you and Dex and Jacob you sure are short.''
''Shut up, how dare you!'' Adriel seriously has a bad temper. He tries to pry his hands off, but as I let him go we lost our balance since I was holding out to half of his weight and partial my clumsy self fell.
I was waiting for the impact of the floor but for the second time of my life, I felt a pair of arms had warp itself to my figure as I tumbled down and for the second time.
and who knew I was welcome with an unexpected scene where a soft and warm feeling has engulfed my lips and as I panic as to whose pair of lips has letch itself to me but then I remember the only human being that was present in the room and I look at my first kiss stealer.
Adriel's eyes found mine as it enlarges as he stares at his lips attach to the other being.
What an accident.
I detached myself from Yoongi as he let off his grasp. As we both realize my figure had landed in Adriel as he grunts and took both of my body weight because his wounds were starting to sting. I sat up and cheeks red since I didn't know how to handle this situation, my heart was beating like crazy and If it wasn't for the sound of the clicking clock everyone in the house might hear my thumping heart beating.
This is bad, I thought, I felt my heartbeat increase after the 'kiss' and I couldn't help to think how his soft lips landed in mine, heats arise in my cheeks, and right now it would be great if the universe just swallows me or I feel like digging up a hole right now and disappear and right now I was really considering to run away and just bolt out off of the door.
But how time is really bringing bad luck to the household as I realize a figure was standing outside the door. Praying that whoever was standing did not see what happened. I seriously need to go cheek my luck rate because I don't think I'll be able to handle another misfortune like this.
''Thy, I didn't know what you like so I got you so hone- oh...'' Jacob came rushing the door to look at Dex who was standing over the door looking at the two figure sprawl over the floor.
How long has he been there?
Dex's eyes were wondering about both figures who magically sprawl all over the floor, this should be fun, isn't it? Noted by the sarcasm.
''Adriel thank heavens, you're alright and thy- wait why are you both on the floor,'' pointing on the obvious situation, Dex clears his throat.
''Adriel here was missing something and I heard Amethyst was helping him,'' Dex conjure up a lie as he looks at the both of us. He looks at us that we owe him and he turns back attaching his smile at his younger brother,'' Jac, why don't you and Amethyst go to the kitchen, the honey embrose will not be as good as I told you if you keep it for too long,'' Dex said softly as he signals the both of us to move my ass and get going.
I couldn't help to thank Dex as I instantly stand up and went beside Jacob.
''Oh... alright after you're done come downstairs Dex and you too Adriel, you'll need to eat,'' he looks at the suspicious scene.
''Alright Jac''
''Come on thy, you'll love this embrose we got you,'' Jacob was busy rambling about the embrose as we walked and I got a glimpse of Adriel watching us both.
As the two went down, Dex looks at Brother that has eyes on the disappearing figure.
''Riel, you better tell me what the hell happened,'' Dex said ready to interrogate his friend.
