Cradle of Love

Prologue

As the drinks kept coming, I excused myself to the washrooms. I was almost useless but it was a night of celebration, besides we had the drivers waiting for us for when we decided to head home.

Then I saw her, the most tempting woman of the night, but she was not alone.

The woman of the night, the light of the night, the woman whose sight alone breathed life into me. This woman was alone, yet not alone. She was with a guy who was 6'2 tall and with a well-built body. That was not what caught my eye though. The loud slap on her beautiful cheeks that echoed outside was what had my attention and even some of the liquor in me wore out. I could have sworn there were marks on her cheeks after that.

Who even slaps a woman in this generation? The tall idiot in the night obviously and I felt bad for the beautiful one. I'm not sure if that is what drove me to do the stupidest thing in the night but her beauty and stature definitely had something to do with it.

So I marched over to where she was to save her from the monster beside her. But before I reached, I overheard snippets of their conversation.

"Cheated..with Reyna..rich..gold digger..hate you,..SHUT UP and slap."

Ouch, that must have really stung miss beautiful. I wanted to make out what they were saying, so I hid behind the nearest wall and focused on them.

"You know Lia, if you weren't so uptight I wouldn't have cheated on you. All you had to do was spread your legs and have me my release. Besides I'm a good fvck, I know you've heard it from all those bitches you call friends."

"Sniffle..so you left because I valued my dignity, because I'm not like all the girls you've had before?..sniffle."

"No, actually I did not leave, I'm here to finish what we started."

"And what would be that, dearest Crius, considering you have already had your release huh?"

"Actually, dearest Lia, I'm here for your sweet little tight p#ssy. And it's not just me today, the guys are coming too. Oh honey, today we gon' rip and fvck you till you won't move for weeks or so."

My first thought was, what the heck? So these things actually do happen and this couple really values sarcasm. And why was Reyna involved in this? I swear that girl really could not get enough of men, it's sad.

As I was still contemplating what next, I saw a van pull up and five guys all heavily built came off of it towards miss beautiful, who I had now known to be Lia.

"Yo, Crius, seems like the fun is about to begin huh."

"She looks so yummy."

"It's been long since I had a good release."

"I think I'll go first."

"C'mon man, I'm the biggest."

"You have fun, I'll be watching you boys," said Crius.

Oh boy, I was about to witness a gang rape, to top it all, I was wasted. I needed someone to help me here, so I texted Ryan and the drivers. I wasn't sure they received the messages but they would catch up with my drunk self in the fight for justice. It sounded funny saying that in my head that I loudly snorted, totally unawares.

And the attention shifted to me.

It was just a matter of time before my past and present caught up to us and I just wanted everything to be okay before that as it would be very hard focusing on my problems with her mad at me.

Maybe if I had to leave her, I wanted it to be on good terms but for now, we had to pretend to have a normal life. We did not want her involved in whatever was going on with both of us.
