Zane did not say anything and went back to reading his book. They soon reached the

Regulation and Control Department. Zane did not hurry to get out of the car, waiting instead for Landon to get down and open the other door, before he stepped out.

He looked up at the tall building filled with people either wearing black suits or black combat suits. Combat and non-combat officials. They headed to the receptionist and Landon smiled at the robot, "Mr. Zane Valois for Captain Loraine Thornwood."

The Robot looked at them, due to the law against humanoid robots, it did not look like a human but had a rectangular head with lips that curved into a smile, "Welcome! Please take a seat and someone will assist you shortly."

Zane nodded and they headed into the reception area with seats and small tables filled with snacks. He had barely sat down when a woman in black trousers and gray button-down shirt walked up to him, "Mr Zane Valois?" She asked.
