Chapter 233: Visiting Mommy Fen (1)

Tang Moyu blinked twice before nodding her head. It had been a week since Feng Tianyi found her crying alone in the garden after her Wan Jie revealed the truth about her birth. Feng Tianyi offered to run a background check on Yan Qiuyu, whom Tang Wanyu had named as Moyu's birth mother.

She accepted the envelope and stared at it for a moment, feeling her heart beating faster than usual. This was the answer she'd been looking for, but why was she hesitating to open it? 

"Moyu?" Feng Tianyi's voice brought her back to reality. 

"Oh, right." 

She took a deep breath and pulled the papers out of it. The photo clipped on top of the first page got her attention. It was a picture of a smiling young woman in her early twenties. Although it was black and white, Tang Moyu could see the resemblance between them, except for her eyes.
