But it also made sense to him that if Tang Moyu didn't want him or hated him, she wouldn't allow him to live with them, let alone stay close to her children. 

After their dinner, she even helped him wash the dishes while he dried them with a clean towel. Meanwhile, the twins were given a bath by their nanny in the spare bathroom near the kitchen, so he and Tang Moyu were able to hear the splashes of water they made while their nanny told them to stay still so she could wash them properly.

Usually, after their dinner with Qin Jiran, the three would return to the main house, but tonight, the twins insisted to have a sleepover with their Daddy Ji again. 

"You're early today. I thought you're going to work overtime with Miss Gu again." He broke the silence between them.
