"Come on! How long are you going to act like this? She's giving you an opportunity here. Are you going to waste her efforts?" 

Klaus: "But this whole idea belongs to the Manager, and I don't have much experience being a leader..."

Ivy: "What are you talking about?!" she placed her hands on her hips. "You've been taking care of things for me while I wasn't around anyways. Plus, I don't want to close the department, especially when there is such a big opportunity for us. So you are actually doing me and all of us a favour, and I would really love to enjoy some large delicious cherries. So please.... could you take the job?" 

Then the girls followed Ivy's lead and begged with their cute googly eyes.
