He can not believe what just happened to the love of his life. He can not believe that he was not here for you as he said he would be. What would have happened to you if he did not hear you scream at the right moment. He does not want to think about what could have happened if he was not here. But what bothers him the most is that someone in their own camp would do something like that to you. How are you going to feel safe if you can not trust your people?

He just blurted out that he wanted you to be his girl. He had this entire speech prepared but everything he would have said would not come close to the passion of his simple words. That he wanted you to be his forever and that you would not need any other man but him in your life.
