Chapter 202: Telepathy

"Why are you holding me so tightly?" Ian asked when Bella held on to him for her dear life as he rode quickly through the town. 

"Can you stop for a moment? I need to catch my breath!" Bella pleaded breathlessly.

"What? Are you sick?" Ian asked in confusion as he slowed down. 

"It's my first time riding a horse. Why did you just leave that way? How are we going to find our way when you left behind the guard the king assigned to show us around?" Bella complained irritably. 

"What?" Ian asked in confusion, wondering what his Valet, Luke, was talking about.

"Do you even know where we are going to? At this rate, we are just going to get lost. You know we have to return before dawn, right?" Bella asked again, making Ian turn his head so he could have a look at the person on the horse with him. It was becoming obvious to him that the person on the horse with him wasn't Luke. Now he wondered how and why he hadn't taken note of the voice from the start.
