Vidhi
I had cried a lot last night. I was just too much sad. But now I know what I have to do. I wear my dress to get ready for the office. I have a uniform. But I haven't yet tell my mother what I am doing for her I am civil engineer. When I don't know 'c' of civil engineer.
I come downstairs and go towards the kitchen and not found my mother. I go towards her room and checked her. She was still in the bed. I go towards her and she was sleeping. I smiled and sit beside her. I check her temperature and it was quite hot. I checked the time and I have half hour before I reached to my office. I quickly pull out the ice and a cloth and put the cold wet cloth on her forehead and she quickly open her eyes.
"What are you doing here honey?" She said.
"Just come to check on you." I said and smiled.
"I am fine." She said and I shook my head.
"Mom you are not and you are not going office today." I said stubbornly.
"No, I have to manage something today." She said and I know she will not let me stop her at home.
"Okay fine but you are going to rest and in half day you can visit your work. Fine." I said to her and she nodded. I quickly give her the pills so that her fever can go away.
I take her phone and called Mr. Prakash. He is the owner of the hotel. He is so friendly and a nice person and he is just 10 years older than me and has a very beautiful wife and a cute little daughter. He pick up the phone after few rings.
"Hello Mr. Prakash." I said.
"Yes speaking." He said.
"I am Vidhi." I said.
"OH Vidhi. How are you?" He asked.
"I am good. I have to inform mamma had got a fever and she won't be able to join now but in half day she will join. Is it okay?" I asked him explaining the situation.
"Of course it is okay. She has to be fine before coming over here. Her health matters before the work." He said and I smiled. He is understanding person.
"Thank you very much for understanding." I said.
"No need to thank me. I will meet her in other half day. Till then say her to take rest." He said and I chuckled.
"Will do that." I said and hung up.
"See Mr. Prakash had given you permission to come in other half. So till then rest and I will try to come home soon." I said and she nodded. I come out and go towards the fridge and take out bread and butter and some juice which mamma always put so that even when I am hungry I could take something when she is not around. I quickly put the butter on bread and eat two sandwich and drink the juice.
I heard car halt. Means Sonia had come. I quickly take my bag and open the door and left it open. I saw Sonia car and went towards it.
"Good morning." I said.
"Good morning Vidhi." She said. At work she is the only person with whom I can be myself. She doesn't know anything what happened with me six months ago. She drove the car and we reached the office before the time. Sir haven't arrived yet and that is great. I quickly went towards my desk. I saw Garv.
"Hey Garv, what is going on?" I asked him. He looked at me.
"Nothing a murder stopped from happening. Those two people are caught and are behind the bars and I am happy about it." He said and smiled. He is very a contented person. even if you give him small amount of food and rest are eating in large then also he doesn't feel discontented. Helping is his first priority and and that makes him on the post where I am and I believe he doesn't need this job. Even he become a leader without any much force he can have million of followers include me too.
"Hmm..." I hummed. " Sir had arrived?" I asked him and he shook his head. I sighed
"Do you have some work with him?" He asked me and I nodded.
"Sir had arrived." Ashish said and we looked at the direction from where sir was coming and we all greeted him. After 2 minutes he went into his cabin and I looked at the cabin and after few minutes I go towards his cabin. I knocked on the door.
"Come in." I heard and twist the door knob and enter into the cabin.
"Good morning sir." I said
"Good morning. Why are you here?" He asked
"Sir I want holiday for 2 weeks and 3 days." I said and he looked at me for a while.
"For what?" He asked
"I have to attend my one of the wedding of my friend that is held in Delhi. After this week I want holiday." I said and he think for a while
"Fine, you can take it." He said and I was shocked. I didn't expect from him to give me permission that easily.
"Thank you very much sir." I said and was about to go when he stopped me.
"Wait Vidhi some people will join you." He pick up the call and called someone and ordered them to call Garv and Sonia inside his cabin. I was there for good one minute when they both entered.
"Guys you are granted two weeks and three day holiday." I said and was shocked again. I come to know this is a mission.
"Why sir?" Garv asked.
"You are attending a wedding ceremony with Vidhi. After this week." He said and both Sonia and Garv nodded.
"Guys this is just not the holiday but a mission. We had find him Vidhi and he is in Delhi." He said and I was again shocked. He is in Delhi. I balled my fist and was ready to put this fist down to his throat. This is just not the wedding to attend but a war to begin.
