"Frieza is a threat because he never trained before in his life...Once he started to train he was able to ascend to the rank of the gods in a matter of months, Cell is a threat, because he carries the cells, of an earthling, a namekian, and a frost Demon, he is stronger than you shin, and he toohadn't train a day, what were to happen if he suddenly decided to stop messing around and train? I have seen it in one timeline, he was able to ascend the rank of the gods with his own transformation as well."

"That is enough Kibito!" Shin's stern glare causes Kibito to flinch, he submits instantly and becomes silent. I could tell shin is worried though

Shiro almost snorted, he does not respect this Kibito, only the Kibitro, that saw the good in mortals when Gohan was with them...
He knows he is different from Zamaasu, because Zamasu was never able to see the good in the human race
GIne stayed silent, she was close to Shiro, staying silent, watching how things play out, She was very impressed at how calm Shiro was, but than again, he was a seer, even with out his presence, he must have saw this play out and had time to prepare..

Shin's face was pale, he knew that Majin buu was powerful, too strong for even himself and the Kai's, but to think that he would go as far as to absorb the whole universe to become strong enough to be a match from the creator itself, Oh he could not even imagine, how dreadful that day may be....
Shiro was of course talking about one of the fanfictions, it wasn't exactly popular due to the poor execution, but it held an interesting concept, "And he saw the universe absorbed majin buu mod on dragon ball Xenoverse 2 by Rukuidofox, that mod look so freaking amazing....
"That's enough for me..." Shin smiled at Shiro, "Majin buu is a creature that shouldn't be taken lightly," He said, his tone was positive but Shiro could here shaking behind it, "tell me young seer, what is it you wish me to do..."
"Of course Shiro knows about Shin's traumatizing past with majin buu, so it's understandable why he is so willing to work with him.
Shiro looked up at him, and smiled...
