It took a few more seconds before the light Dispersed slowly. At Gible's Place, A Pokemon That have a Fin Both each sides of its arms and it's back can be seen standing there.
Gible had successfully Evolved Into a Gabite!

Gabite gave a Roar before Charging at the pokemons bellow him. With the stine like fins serving as a weapon, Gabite Swept at them using it before Returning at the roof. Gabite sneered as he look at the Pokemons and Grunts down there before Charging at them once again.
Charmaleon Saw his Friend grew stronger so he increased His speed and strength in Trashing the Pokemons in front of him.
A few more minutes had flew by and the Floor was filled with groaning And fainted Grunts and Pokemons. The only ones who had remained standing was the arrogant man and his Blastoise from earlier.
The arrogant man's Eyes were both filled with terror and disbelief. Looking at the Grunts lying in the Ground while groaning from pain, Sweat couldn't help but Trail down his forehead into hi cheeks.
Ignis gave Blastoise a final Glance before Charging at him with the handle of his katana facing him. Seeing their trainer Rush towards the last standing Pokemon, Charmaleon and Gabite Stared at each other's eyes before Following Their trainer.
The arrogant man Stared at the Incoming Ignis and Issued a Command for Blastoise fearfully!
" Blastoise use Hydro pump! Hurry! "
Blastoise heard the fear in his trainer's voice and immediately executed his order. Aiming the Cannon on his back, Blastoise Fired a Strong Current of Water at Ignis direction but a Powerful Flamethrower suddenly came from behind of Ignis and Struck the Incoming hydro pump, Causing steam to rise in the air.
The Grunts Lying on the ground felt their skins being scalded by the Hot steam so they all started screaming together with their Conscious Pokemons.
Ignis Ignored the Hot steam as He was wearing a Jacket and a mask so he charged at Blastoise through the steam before delivering a blow to it using the Handle of his Katana. The handle struck Blastoise Forehead before Ignis Slipped past him and Tackled the arrogant man from earlier to the ground.
Blastoise was about to turn around when a Double Mega punch suddenly Struck him at the chest and instantly sent him flying into the Distance. From the steam, Charmaleon and Gabite emerged while a triumphant look can be seen on their faces.
Ignis, Who Tackled the leader onto the ground, Heard a swish as a Huge object flew past him and crashed into he distance. Smiling coldly Underneath his mask, Ignis Stood up and Raised the Leader into the air while grabbing at his collar.
The leader, Joseph, Was staring fearfully at Ignis as if he was looking at a demon instead of a human! When he felt Ignis raising him away from the ground, He felt his heart leap to his throat as He Started to feel the suffocation. He flailed His feet around while tapping Ignis' Arms.
Ignis grinned and Continued what he was doing before he let go of the man when he noticed his face turning Blue.
The man slumped to the ground and grabbed his chest while Gasping for air desperately. The feeling of almost suffocating to death terrified him to the core. As the man was gasping for breath, Ignis once again grabbed His collar before Bringing him up into the air, away from the ground.
Then, He let's go and let the man to recover for a bit before doing it again. This cycle repeated for a few more times before The man Fell onto the ground, unconscious.
Ignis sneered before Stepping on Joseph's shoulder And gave it some force before a cracking sound Came out from it. The pain of having his shoulder Blade Broken woke Joseph up as he began to hiss in pain. After enduring For a few seconds, Joseph wasn't able to endure it Anymore and once again fainted.
The onlookers in the distance Watched this brutal Torture of Ignis As their whole bodies began to shiver and tremble.
A few Girls wasn't able to hold it anymore and Slumped to the ground while terror filled their Face.
Ignis was about to continue when he Heard the siren of a police. He raised his head and saw a woman in police uniform Riding a police motorcycle. Ignis immediately Recognized her as one of the members of a family that dominated the field of Security, Officer Jenny.
Officer Jenny was busy patrolling the city when she received a call that Team Rocket Came to Cerulean City to Take someone away so she immediately Rushed using her Big bike But was stunned when she saw the Wounded and scalded Bodies of the people wearing Team Rocket Uniforms.
Officer Jenny continued on looking around and noticed the Few dozen Pokemons lying on the ground, Either unconscious or Groaning with Pain.
She continued her Observation as her Sight Caught a Man Wearing Black Outfit with a very creepy Wooden Mask and immediately mistaken him as the last member of Team Rocket.
" Freeze, Take your hands at the back of your head after placing your weapons an Pokeballs down! "
Officer Jenny said that in great succession while Taking a Pistol and Pokeball out. Then, she threw the Pokeball Out from her Grasp and from there came out an Arcanine. The massive and Intimidating Look of Arcanine made Some onlookers Back away but Ignis Remained calm and stood his ground.
Charmaleon And Gabite went in front of their trainer and glared Angrily at Arcanine.
