Chapter 4: Chapter 4 : Way out
Kaizo looked at Axion's sleeping face. He softly cares Axion's cheek with the back of his hand. Kaizo startled when Axion slightly moved. He immediately pulled his hand while Axion start to open her eyes.
"You're awake?" Kaizo ask.
"Yeah. I guess." Axion answered.
"I've found out which tunnel that might can get us out." Said Kaizo.
"Really?"
Kaizo showed the tablet computer. "See this? Based on my calculation, this tunnel have high chance to be our way out." Said Kaizo.
"You want to try to go there?" Axion ask.
"We can't stay here forever." Said Kaizo. He grimaces when he stands up. Holding back the pain.
Axion immediately get closer to Kaizo. She put her hand on Kaizo's wound. Neon green magic circle shine from her hand. Kaizo look at her.
"It's just a simple magic. It's not much but it'll ease the pain a little." Said Axion
"Huh! It's okay. It's not painful at all."
Axion chuckled. "You know? you don't have to act so tough. No one's going to see you here anyway." She smiled as she walks away. "It's just you and me down here."
Kaizo looked at Axion as she picked her jacket.
"So, you're ready?" Axion ask.
"I'm always ready." Said Kaizo.
Axion chuckled. She spread her hand and create a big blue circle on the wall. With one spell word, the wall exploded. Showing the tunnel behind.
"Let's go." Said Kaizo as he walks inside.

"Admiral! I've found the river's route." Said Rum. "According to this map, there's a cave not far from here. We can enter that cave to reach the underground river." She adds.
"Good." Said Admiral Maskmana. "Lahap, Ramenman. What about you?"
"Nothing, sir." Said Lahap.
"I haven't get anything too." said Ramenman.
"Don't lose hope. Let's check out the cave and see if we can find them." Said Admiral Maskmana.

Axion and Kaizo walk through the cave tunnel. Kaizo almost tripped. He hold his wound and grimaces. Axion turns to see him. She pulled a bottle of water and hand it to Kaizo.
"I'm not thirsty." Said Kaizo.
"Just because you're not thirsty doesn't mean you don't need it. One of survival point when you're lost in a cave is to stay hydrated." Said Axion.
Kaizo takes the bottle and drink as he watches Axion. She creates magic circle in the air and she put her hand inside it. She pulled a brown paper bag from the circle.
"Sandwich?" Said Axion as she offered a sandwich.
"How did you that?" Kaizo ask as he hand over the bottle and take a sandwich from the bag.
"Magic." Said Axion, short.
Kaizo stared at her. Axion sighed. She doesn't want to explain it but she eventually tell Kaizo.
"It allows you create a dimensional space. For short, it's an infinite portable magic storage." Said Axion.
Kaizo mumbled. The more Axion show her magic, the more Kaizo is interested. But Axion have no intention on teaching magic to anyone.
Suddenly, Axion's watch beeped.
"Axion... Axion... can you hear me?" Ask Ramenman from the watch. His voice slightly disturbed by signal distortion.
"Ramenman! Yes, I can hear you." Said Axion.
"Ohh... thank goodness. Are you alright? Where are you now? Is Kaizo with you?" He asks.
"Yes, I'm alright. Kaizo is with me. But he's injured. I'm sending you my coordinates." Said Axion.
"Stay where you're at. Rum will find a route for us to meet." Said Ramenman.
"Alright!" Said Axion. "And so, begin the waiting game." She said as she sits near Kaizo.
They wait in silence. Axion look around the caves. Each planet have magic of it's own. And natural caves is a good source of magic.
Kaizo make himself busy reading from his computer tablet. He sometimes steal glances at Axion. Still thinking about the kiss in his dream. Making the silence feel awkward.

"I've found a route. We can go through this way to meet up with Axion and Kaizo." Said Rum.
"Good. Send the mapping route to Axion." Said Admiral Maskmana.
Rum nods.
"Axion, I'm sending you a map of a route that we will be using." Said Rum.
"Roger that." Axion reply.
They walk through the cave, following the map. Few hours later they meet.
"There they are!" Ramenman exclaimed.
Rum runs towards Axion.
"Oh, we did it! We found you." Said Rum as she hugged Axion. "I'm so worried."
Axion chuckle. "Sorry to make you worry."
"Is everyone here?" Ask Admiral Maskmana, making sure no one get left behind.
"Yes Admiral!" Said Axion with a salute. "Kaizo is wounded. He need medical attention." She adds as she looked at Kaizo.
Ramenman wraps Kaizo's arm on his shoulder. Kaizo breathe heavily as he held his wound. "I'm fine." He softly said.
"Let's return to the ship and go back to the station." Said Admiral Maskmana.
"Yes, Sir!" Everyone replied with a salute.
