Chapter 987: Chesnut

Yvonne widened her eyes upon hearing what Howard had just said.

This look of surprise wasn't for learning that the little creature was her brother's fated beast.

Instead, it was for the name he had just used to address the etcher he was holding close to his chest now.

"Chesnut?" She muttered the name, repeating it a couple of times as she scanned the beast before her.

She also did not forget to shoot her brother a bewildered glance as she could not grasp why he had chosen this name for the etcher.

While she had to admit that there was a tuft of chestnut hair on the etcher's chest, right below its neck, it wasn't to the extent that the beast was named after it.

After all, the beast before her had pale and pure white fur covering its entire body excluding the small patch of chestnut hair at its chest.

'I would have named it snowball.' She added in her mind, nodding in appreciation of her superior naming skills.
