A year past and I'm now 10 years old, the current date being April 12,1990. I was excited for today I will be getting my Hogwarts acceptance letter. I had left the window open for the owl to come through. I paced the room while Papa sat on a couch reading the Daily Prophet. After waiting a few hours and having lunch, I could see something moving towards us in the air. Smiling I knew it was a owl and I was proven correct as is closed in and landed on the table in front of Papa.
I ran up to the bird and picked up the letter it dropped on the table. It was a light brown with a red wax seal of Hogwarts crest. I opened it up and pulled out the parchments and read it aloud to Papa. The letter read;
' Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry
Headmaster: Albus Dumbledore
(Order of Merlin,First Class, Grand Sorc.,Cheif Warlock, Supream Mugwump, International Confed. of Wizards)
Dear Mr. Hadrian M.C. Nightshade,
We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Please find enclosed a list of all necessary books and equipment. Term begins on 1 September. We await your owl by no later than 31 July.

Uniform, First years students will require:
1.Three sets of plain work robes (black)
2.One plain pointed hat (black) for day wear

4.One winter cloak (black with silver fastenings)

After reading it papa smiled and then said " You already got the books from year one through 7 so we don't have to buy them. Tomorrow we will stop by Diagon Ally to buy the rest of your stuff. For now though, you have your studies in Law and military training to do so off you go or I'll double it."
I nodded so fast that I felt my neck crack from the speed and pressure before running to do my studies. I spent hours learning from both my teachers and before I knew it, it was dinner time. Papa and I ate, and talked until I was sent to bath and head to bed. Before I fell asleep though I thought of the one thing I forgot to try... My system cheat, or more like my last two favors...' Oh well, I'll worry about it tomorrow' and with that I closed my eyes and dreamt about my past life.
(Sorry it was short guys! I promise to try and make the next chapter longer so forgive me! Also I to know who you want me to ship the OC with. I'm mostly thinking Harry but I also like Draco since Im going to change his personality slowly though. Here's your choises,
