Power Levels [WIP]
These are some of the power changes going into the novel as DxD simply has ludicrous power leveling such as with Issei getting power from tits.

First of all, I'm getting rid of the whole, Low Class, Middle Class, High Class, Ultimate Class and Satan Class system as a measure for power. Instead they will only be mentioned as a system for political influence in Devil Society.
Meanwhile the level of power for most beings will be separated in Tiers instead. The power of Gods will be directly correlated to their divinity and the amount of those that worship them. A 'Base' Ranking means that the respective Race cannot become weaker than the Tier it's 'Base' Ranking is set in.

[Tier 1] — Base Human
[Tier 2] — Base Devil, Fallen Angel, and Angel. Base Half-Breed Devils and Fallen. Humans with Hero Lineages
[Tier 3] — Stray Devils, Reincarnated Devils with Evil Piece Empowerment, Humans using Sacred Gears like Twice Critical, Base Valkyries, Base Grim Reapers, Base Noble Devils. Dragon Hatchlings.
[Tier 4] — Characters that were previously listed as 'High-Class' such as Rias, Akeno, Riser and others around that level of power. Human Magicians. Low Level Dragons.
[Tier 5] — Characters that were previously listed as 'Ultimate Class' such as Sairaorg, Rossweisse, Baraqiel, Shemhazai, Kuroka, Grayfia, Serafall, Gabriel, Falbium, Yasaka and others around their strength. Base Gods. High Level Dragons
[Tier 6] — Majority Gods, Sun Wukong, Odin, Dragon Kings, Azazel, Micheal, Loki, Susanoo, Zeus, Lugh and others around their strength. Base Primordial Gods.
[Tier 7] — Hades, Typhon, Sirzechs, Ajuka, Rizevim, Aten, Brahma, Vishnu, Fenrir, Nyx, and others around their strength.
[Tier 8] —Albion and Ddraig. Crom Cruach.
[Tier 9] — Indra, Shiva, and Biblical God.
[Tier 10] —Ophis, Great Red and Trihexia. ExE world Gods such as, Rugatim and Durmando
[Tier 11] — ExE world Gods such as Melvazoa, Resetoras, Regalzeva, and Seraselbes.
Weapons will also be included in tiers of letters like in Fate. Weapons can be further empowered from their legends similar to Divinity for Gods.

[B Rank] — Majority of Holy and Demonic Swords such as Balmung, Nothung, Tyrfing, Dáinsleif, Arondight, Ascalon, Ame no Murakumo no Tsurugi, Hauteclere, Galatine, Totsuka no Tsurugi, Some Sacred Gears such as Kiba's Holy-Demonic Sword or Azazel's Blazing Shining Darkness Blade Artificial Sacred Gear.

Yes, some of the strongest swords are getting a buff so they can also kill Gods. Most Sacred Gear users are not put in the rankings due to how much they can differ such as their uses, skills, balance breakers and form changes.
I decided to make Biblical God as the strongest God before his death. Divinity boost is immense due to the combined practice of Christianity, Judaism, and Islam.
Gods are innately at least Tier 5, but they can become somewhat stronger through training which is most gods at Tier 6.
The rest become stronger due to a boost from their Divinity, Innate Abilities or Sacrificial Rituals (Evil Gods).
Gods become weaker as they age and receive less worship from humans for their Divinity.
(I.E. Odin, Lugh and Zeus)
As most humans only practice Christianity, Islam, Hinduism and Buddhism in the modern era, most gods cannot get a high Divinity boost, resulting in them stagnating at Tier 7.
