"Victor" cried Lara.
"Have you met him earlier?" enquired Erica.
"Stay away from me you idiot wolf otherwise...." shouted Lara.
All a sudden, Victor holds Lara's neck with his hand and...
" I can kill you right now and can grab your moonstone but I won't because of Erica" said Victor.
"Leave her Victor " commanded Erica.
Victor leaves her neck.
"Ah! my neck " she said gulping air . " You was right Erica, my life is in danger. I'm sure he will kill me" said Lara."Wait a minute, are you with him to kill me?"she enquired.
"No Lara , just calm down. He wouldn't harm you anymore" said Erica.
"Ofcourse he would. He had almost killed me twice. But..
".
"Erica, please tell her to stop saying her... ".
"Her what ? Say , why have you stopped ? If I was police, I would have arrested you for the attempt of my murder" said Lara.
"Why attempt to murder ? I came to eat you for my lunch, now say for the attempt of lunch. And wake up you are not a police. And even you don't know your true identity Ms. Lara."
"Ah! as you very well know me. Well Mr. Victor, let me clear that even you don't know yourself as I know you."
"So, what do you think who I am Ms ...."
"You are a criminal. Understand you wolf ".
"Oh! it's funny Lara , you are wanted in Chronicle not me. "
"Shut up, stop behaving like a baby. We are here to save Smyth " shouted Erica.
"I think we can initiate our plan without his help. " said Lara.
"I'm not dying to help you " replied Victor.
"Then go away you little pup".
"Erica, I'm not going to work with her" said Victor.
"We have to work together. Either you wish or not. So, keep your enemy relationship aside" requested Erica.
"Okay, so what's your plan ?" asked Victor.
"Come close to me it's... ".
After the discussion of the plan.
"So let's go " said Lara.
At Britisher's Camp
Erica distracts the Britishers while Victor and Lara enters into the camp.
"Here's Smyth " said Lara.
"What are you doing here?" asked Smyth.
"To save you " and saying this Victor breaks the lock.
"What is he doing here?" asked Smyth .
"Tell you later, let's leave" said Lara.
All came out of the camp.
Suddenly all Britishers surrounds them .
"This was not in the plan " cried Lara.
"Fuck the plan " saying this he transforms into a wolf and attacks on the Britishers.
"Move Lara, we'll handle them " said Smyth and transform into a vampire.
They all started fighting with the Britishers while Lara to Erica .
"They all are coming now, we need another plan to handle this situation" said Erica. " Victor " she shouted. "Take Lara to that place. I will come there later with Smyth."
Victor came there, holds Lara's hand and takes her with him while Erica and Smyth continued to fight with the Britishers.
At Chronicle
Lara opens her eyes and, "Where are we?" she asked, horrified.
"Are you alright ?" asked Victor standing semi-nude beside the window . " Don't worry you are safe here in my cottage."
"Where's Smyth and Erica?"
"Might be coming. Don't worry, they will reach here soon. Here, you take this soup . You will like it."
" What's in this soup?" enquired Lara.
"Don't worry, it's just a simple vegetable soup ." He smiled. "Are you still afraid of me ? "
"How did you escape from that fire ? "
" Erica saved me. I'm really sorry for all that I did with you and... "
"Why are you helping us? I mean..."
"When I was a kid, somebody killed my parents and after them I was the owner of Emerald stone. My Uncle looked after me and the werecity. He ordered me to attack on you. But when I get to know the truth about him. I ... , Ah! leave it. Well, vampster is the problem for all of us so it's the responsibility of all of us to defeat him. And if my parents were alive, they wanted me to do the same. "
At Britshers Camp
"Where's Deck? " asked Smyth to the last Britsher .
"At Dark forest " he answered. And Smyth killed him after that.
"Where's Lara? "
"Don't worry she's safe with Victor at Chronicle.
"
"What? With Victor. I can't believe it. Let's go. "
Both ran towards Chronicle.
At Chronicle
" Your story is similar to me. Even I don't know what's this going on with me. It's like a horrific dream for me. "
" Don't worry, it will end soon. I'm with you " said Victor and sits beside Lara." It all will end very soon. Do you trust me? "
"More than anyone else. "
And both come closer and kisses each other.
"I haven't thought that this will happen." said Lara.
"And even I don't."
And they kissed once again.
After some time Smyth and Erica reached out of the cottage at Chronicle. From the window of the cottage, Smyth saw that Victor was moving towards Lara holding a large knife.
