Write a reviewMost of the reviews covered everything I wanted to say save one thing. "This girl" , "this guy". They are just simple phrases, but reading them over again in many conversations of people of different cultures...... It moved beyond annoying. I can not explain why it bothers me so much, it just does.
Hello author! I would like to ask some questions, if possible, please answer them... they are as follows: I would like to know if there is a harem in the work, I would like to know if there is ntr or yuri in the work (I hope not), I would also like to know if would there be yanderes among the harem, would there be lemon scenes (scenes +18)? and the last question, what if mc really loves girls, he doesn't just use them and discard them... if you can, please answer!
There are 18+ behind the scenes or they hinted that it was 18+, because this is a harem??????????????????????????????..................................................
Right, there's several things I don't like about this novel, but all of them revolve around how everyone is keeping the protagonist in the dark about everything. Want to know some of the details of the situation you're about to risk your life over? Have some "cryptic advice" and "mysterious smiles" instead. And despite all this, the protagonist is really active. Like, sure, I've only been in this world for a day, and I learned my only combat skills within a couple hours, but sure, I'll join you in fighting all these soldiers, despite explicitly being a support character. And the romance is a hot mess. - Hello, MC-kun, would you like to become my fiancee? - Sure, pretty girl who I know almost nothing about. I would love to.
My review isn’t completely true as I have only read 3 chapters but I will give my opinion on this novel.Chapter 1, kind of an unrealistic reaction as ”ordinaly people” will panic instead of just accepting everything.Next thing, the principal and the first love interest the MC got was ignoring hm.And when the principal offers HER (as mentioned earlier) she becomes flustered(?).And then at chapter 3(2?)she was really interested in him despite the thing happened as mentioned earlier.(again my opinion is completely subjective.)Right so the reason why I gave the writing quality 4 stars is because I have only ever read good novels(in my opinion)and will be quite upset everytime that expectation is met. Background is really…not good.No information as the MC just tell the principal to skip it, memories removed for no apparent reason except for romance and plot convenience(the girl mention earlier) and just feel quite forced.Alot of loopholes and the character are quite weird as they have only ever introduced the class president and the principal apart from the MC.If you reach this point, congratulation! You spent minutes reading my opinion which is probably completely proven wrong if I, the reviewer continue reading.
Reveal Spoilerquite a boring story. ..................................................................................................................................
Dropped chapter 1 Reasoning and dialogue was jarring to read Female is trying to hard to persuade through reasoning I got impression she thought was complicated but to me was common sense 2. Clearly stated mc can't use his Ability on earth, is on earth yet half way through constantly mcs thoughts are that he is using his ability 3. Adaptability is practical ability but terrible for writing spectrum is to wide to be of interest to read 4. Head teachers clairvoyance is also idiotic - only 30 people to save the world from 30 other worlds if they fail once they all die. I got impression that the head teacher is in truth a frog at bottom of the well 5. Of the 30 people all 30 where willing to travel to another world due to protecting the world 6 every single 1 of the 30 are world class beauties able to topple kingdoms etc etc idiotic
The harem is so nice, you gotta say it twice! More chapters!.........More chapters!...More chapters!...More chapters!...More chapters!.........
The novel seems good so far. I like how the concept of having multiple world's with different energy types and how our MC copes with it. The only thing I don't like is how almost every female character falls for him.
The story is good at the start, creating the world, the MC, and the overall story. But this slowly deteriorates as time goes on. The MC becomes more bland and lacking, while most of his interactions are either with an enemy or "lover". It is a decent read, but it is definitely not a good one.
A good one for those who have a lot of free time and those who isn't exposed enough on cliché power grind, at first things are getting interesting but as the story goes further you'll find it exhausting to read and boring like the same process is happening over and over and over and over again, I feel so annoyed that I just glance at the chater's title then look for any system notification then proceed to the next chap because everything is just the same thing over and over again. Wasted potential on mysterious identities of mc and others as things just feels like BS element added just to make it look better but it take so long that you will feel like "mehh...sure why not" kinda thing, you held the info far too long for it to be revealed a little where it turns out to be just your typical chiche.
found it quite cringe, unoriginal and just boring it is too slow for my taste .......................................................................
Ohh the author's a fellow Filipino! The story seems to be in the cliche typical type Japanese animes and mangas, but I'll try nonetheless since it looks promising and for the sake of supporting a fellow Pinoy. ;)
i must say i fell in love with this story immediately and will always support the authors decision in this story as he has done an superb job already making readers want more as each chapter catches my interest and leaves open ones imagination for theories of future events (btw i call everyone he at times even if they of other gender even if i shouldn't as its my minds first reaction as of what to say)
Honestly, this book turned out to be a favorite for me. I will first state I was not able to read it here on webnovel as Im far too poor for that. With that out of the way, let me tell you that this book actually reads like a classic japanese light novel, only the mc gets the girl and keeps on being pretty darn awesome. I really enjoyed the writing style. Clean with succinct descriptions. Not too confusing at all. The world is big and keeps on growing with more and more worlds appearing. Overall a great read.
Just one problem It's the bad English Sometimes he's taking in past tense, Sometimes future tense, or he just straight up combined all the tense in one single paragraph. Because of that it's hard and confusing to understand what he's trying to say.(at least for me) But other than that the story is pretty good.
I really love this story. And I mostly don't like the story that has harem tag, but this is not like your regular harem and it's quite good.
The concept of the story is very good and unique. A good story overall except for the reason that I don't like big harems because it's hard to balance them
Hehehehheheheheh hehehehheheheheh hehe hehehehheheheheh hehe hehehehheheheheh hehe hehehehheheheheh hehe hehehehheheheheh hehe hehehehheheheheh hehe hehehehheheheheh hehe hehehehheheheheh
heyo crazy cronie here, review on 21/03/2021 @chap230 (released chap till date: 340) review divided in: Short review Long review IMO Ratings Conclusion Warning (includes spoilers) short review: An original plot with a bad Harem story. Okayish world building with almost zero tension. long review: pros: 1) A complete original concept! Atleast to me this was the first time I ever read something like this. Well there are novels which have similar basics but this story is different from those things. 2) The world building is okayish. The power levels are clearly explained for each and every world. Different world, different power systems, different stage names. And with the plot that author is trying to make I know this ain't gonna be easy. But author could have worked more, but then again this novel is just around 20% completed I guess so we can expect more. *SPOILER (not really)* [The same thing, aiming for immortality, though not mentioned yet, but yeah that is where the novel is heading.... But then again almost all the novels have similar goals] 3) I am a harem supporter so yeah that's a plus from me. (Though I hate to say it, without harem this novel would have been much better. Contradictory? Can't help it...) 4) The story is surprisingly addicting. You might start to get bored but you can't leave this novel midpoint and would want to read more and more... cons: 1) Almost zero character depth. Almost all the girls fall in love with MC at first sight. Well at first sight might be a little much but yeah it doesn't even take few chaps for them to fall for MC. And surprisingly no girls are against it. 2) This is a light hearted novel. There is almost no tension. At least I never felt any tension. You know everything is gonna be ok at the end. 3) You can't feel much emotions from the side characters or Harem. Except for blush of girls and sometimes little sadness if girls when mc leaves them. This is 1st POV so yeah don't expect other people views. 4) all girls are super beauties, this is a harem so you can expect it... But why all the girls blush everytime MC make some move against them. Not any bold girls out there? Would love to have more types of girls. 5) Harem: yeah i came mainly for Harem so i added it as cons but this novel would have been better without Harem, atleast that is what I felt... 6) [Not really a CONS] Plot armor, this novel is full of plot armor but again that doesn't really matter since almost all novels have plot armors. But there are really many things done for plot convenience. IMO: - A little more romance would have been better... Well I came here after reading your stealing spree... So yeah author- you can guess why I wanted more Romance. - And hey just my opinion but why don't you add someone's opinion in some bonus chaps, like others pov as a side chap, I think readers might love it. Well just my opinion so yeah you can ignore it... RATINGS: writing: 7.5/10 update: 9/10 plot: 8/10 characters: 7.5/10 pacing: 7.5/10 dialogues: 7/10 entertainment: 7/10 OVERALL: 3.8/5 Conclusion: This is a good time pass. If you can bear starting 20 or so chapters where I found MC a little annoying then yeah this is a good read. A 4 from me instead of 3.5 in the rating since i am biased xD. WARNING: *SPOILER (not exactly)* - MC is somewhere between hero and anti hero, consciously or subconsciously & due to various circumstances mostly leaning towards hero... Sometimes he is cold and badass tho, an inconsistent personality which I actually like it.... GIF: Chandler from Friends because he is the best
I've only started, but I already like this quite a bit and am interested in where it's going. (I don't know why but I can't seem to put it in my library though. Mind I'm still learning how to use this site. (I guess this isn't really a review for the story...))
Cringe. Cringe is the word that can best describe the feelings I have after reading 18 chapters of this webnovel. This story has an interesting premise, with a lot of potential, and it's clear that author has put a lot of effort and thoughts in his novel. At first, I wanted to read all the unlocked chapters before writing a review but I could not get past the 18 chapter, seeing that at the moment there are almost 300 chapters in this story, there is a chance that this story got better, but I have no desire, nor any patience to read further, still anyone should make their own opinion by giving this story a try, what I'm writing here is just my subjective opinion and the description of my experience reading only 18 chapters, take it with a grain of salt. The novel is written in the first person, we as readers explore the world from the MC point of view, and have the same knowledge about the world as the MC. I've read a lot of SI fanfics that are written in the similar style as this novel, and never did I have this kind of experience reading a novel from the first person, I had to put a lot of effort to get to 18 chapter, and it's not like it's written in a complex style, or use some sophisticated terms, it also does not have ideas that require some intellectual effort to make a pause to think about them, no, it should be an easy story and an easy read, yet I had to put more effort into reading this story than writing my thesis. A strange experience. The world is poorly described, we see it from the MC point of view, and he does not show any interest in it, not how it looks, not it's history, not the present situation of the war, not even more details about the enemies. So we get a poorly described world and also can make a conclusion about MC personality, from his lack of interest and curiosity, he thinks a lot but does not make any action to explore what is new. I don't know what to say about story development, 2 days are described in 18 chapters, well there is a 3 day timeskip, but only 2 days are described. So in two days, he was forced to become a support for 30 hero kids, got a fiancée(also imposed), went to another world with his fiancée, fought the enemies of that world, got another lover, felt in love with the imposed fiancée and she put the idea of the harem and accepted the second girl. So in short, a lot of action and development, the problem is that I can't really call it development, it felt rushed, illogical and superficial, not a great foundation for a story. Character design, oh... all I can say about other characters is they are one dimensional. We see them from the MC's pov, so all I know about them is all the MC's knows about them, and he does not know a lot about them, I perceive them as caricatures, without any essence only a pretty form, yet MC, somehow, in two days, fell in love with a girl that was forced upon him to be his fiancée, also got romantic feelings for another girl, and also easily accepted the idea of a harem, I know that there is a harem tag and I don't have anything against it but damn is it forced. The MC has improved intelligence, is described as having a clear mind, also he is "thinking" a lot, however his actions does not corelate with his "improved" mind. At this point MC is more of a caricature than the other characters even though he is the character that should have some depth at this stage of the story. The interactions between characters, is the most cringiest element in the story. The dialogue between the protagonist and his imposed fiancée is infantile, maybe because they are teenagers but damn is it uncomfortable to read, it's like the stories and movies with second rate romance that can only make you cringe. Maybe it was author goal to make the interactions, between characters,(especially romantic ones), at the level of a fairy tale, if so than author achieved his/her purpose. The dialogue between the enemies and our protagonists can be described in one word-chuunibyou. It's really just a story about some infantile kids on a hero journey, with unreasonable development. So in conclusion, all my words are just my subjective opinion based on my experience reading 18 chapters, I will repeat take it with a grain of salt and try reading it for yourself. In no way I want to offend the author, it's clear to me that you are working hard for this novel and I wish you all the best, these words are only my feelings after reading so little, I feel that the potential is there, but I can't stay to read further when, the foundation is so superficial and shallow. Good luck to you and I wish to all the readers a enjoyable read!
Nice story. I will read this later when I have much time to do that. Thanks for your invite anyway. Maybe you will visit my stories written in english. Your opinion about my work will be so valuable for me.
It's really good, but the start is a bit bad, but don't let that faze you because it's just the first chapter, the rest is really good.[img=coins]
I agree with what some of the other readers have said. Starting out, there is a little problem with the development of the harem members. Some of that gets resolved in later chapters. One thing it didn't like was that just like someone else said, it seems like the author wants to make it so one person from every world is "in love" with the mc. I'm all for the harem thing, but even so, that would be in my opinion too much.
All in all most of it is great. my only problem is not in the novel itself but your other 18+ work, the difference between them is heaven and Earth and I can't help but to compare them and get disappointed, he has very thing a badass mc should be in a more realistic world but the other is but a boiled eggs, bland and tasteless, I'm not saying it is bad or anything, just that the mc doesn't give any unique qualities where one can get hooked and be interested on knowing more and or join the mc and his endeavors in his path towards a goal of a lifetime. Just my opinion, everybody has different taste, some like it some just doesn't for no reason.
OK then this review is done around the chapter 70s. There are plus points and there are minus points. The writing quality is good not the best but good enough, in fact better than some. The updating of chapters is good and consistent. The problem for me comes from character design. For me the direction in which this story is going needs pretty robust characters and character development. The character design here is not bad. But for the type author is going I believe characters should be more ... complex or well better fleshed out. Same with the world background. It's feeling slow development in some parts and too quick paced in others. I hope this review helps.
After around more than half a year of writing this novel, I'm still at Volume 2 of what I planned to do in this novel. That's why to ease those who are still on the fence whether to pick this up or not, I will be listing the Pros and Cons of what you should expect if you ever decide to try or pick this book up. Cons -Harem(This is a Pro and Con. Why did I list it here? Because some will surely see it as rushed since some information about the Harem Members weren't revealed until later in the story. Though you can spoil yourself at one of the auxiliary chapters.) -One Perspective. (Everything will be in the MC's perspective. Like I've written in my not-so-shameless review months ago. You might find it limited since you can only see the world as it unravels before MC's eyes and you will only be privy to his thoughts and guesses about the other characters. I never switched perspective and it will stay that way until I finish this) -Confusing First Chapters? (I don't think this as a con really. But if you start reading, you'll see numerous comments about readers who thought they already know the entire story from the decision the MC did or how the characters interacted with him. There isn't a established world yet so don't expect everything will be explained in it. If that puts you off as well, then this is in the right category. Anyways…) Pros -Harem (As I have said, this is also a pro. None of those who joined his harem will be forgotten and they are all important to the story. They will grow along the MC and the ones he will mainly support.) -Weak to Strong (You will see how he grows from the bottom up to the point that he's already stronger than most of the Heroes, not only through the stats but also for his versatility. Still he will stick to his role most of the time as the Ultimate Support but if it comes to it, he could step up and try to end the battle as soon as possible or drag it until his opponent reveals a weakness. He's not someone who will fight a losing battle when he's already strong enough. So expect that he'd only either win a fight or retreat when things will not result in a win after a dragged out battle.) -Well-structured Power Levels (I can say that I put a lot of thought to every world's Cultivation Pathway. Each of them are detailed enough to stand on their own for someone to reach the Transcendent Realm but at the same time, they're all closely related. As of the current chapter, there are five established Pathways and you will see the MC cultivate each of them from scratch or at least until the 3rd one.) -MC's Mysterious Identity (You wouldn't see him as someone who has a grand goal of becoming the strongest in the whole universe, his goals might seem unclear for now because of his identity being an ongoing mystery. And that will be slowly unraveled throughout the story. You will probably read some of the theories put out by readers if you delve deep enough in the story. And of course, it will not stay that way. His real identity will soon be revealed before the step up to the next stage of the story.) I guess this is all for now. I will add more if I see that I missed something but I still have more chapters to write so, you can be the judge of your own. Hate or Like the story and the characters, I will give you that judgement. Just don't start attacking an author personally if you don't like what you read. It's easy to drop a book and not be a prick. Constructive criticisms are welcome and I will answer to them if they're reasonable enough. When this novel reached one year old, I will create another review.
