"I have already begun," behind the transparent screen the family Pingui matriarch smiled, her face transforming into a gentle, approachable woman, but he knew better.

This woman was both petty and vicious! 

"Good, make sure their deaths are slow and painful. The family will be taken care of they have another daughter that constantly sought death,"

"Lyra, doing all of this... Will it not cause the eyes of the imperial family to fall on you?"

A musical chuckle was heard. The patriarch felt his heart skip a beat, and he thought for a split second that if only.. Instead though the face of his most beloved rose in his mind and he threw that stray thought away.

This woman only had eyes for his beloved once upon a time due to friendship but that had slowly faded with time of which he had been grateful for if not he was sure if she did not shun his beloved he would have never had a wife.
