Chapter 1: Can't avoid the voids
The sound of ticking rings out in the nearly empty black void, empty besides some particles and endless black darkness that swirled around as if they had a life of its own. Softly echoing the ticking is the only thing that greets the floating white particles as it starts to stir, as they rise higher in the air seeming to perceive the area around it.
"What? where am I and why am I here" the particles calmly wonder aloud as it starts to move around the void which seems to hold nothing else. Receiving no response to the question it asked caused particles to become nervous for its own situation, causing it to move around at a faster pace.
'I can only see two likely reasons why no one's around' the particles thought 'one is that I'm completely alone in this place or two that everyone else is far out in that darkness that surrounds me'. left alone with nothing but his thought that kept running wild about his situation everything from abduction to being dead was going through his head.
CRACK
Suddenly a loud cracking sound echo's through the void, a golden crack begins to form within the darkness that glows a faint light pushing back the black darkness within the void. Golden light engulfs the white particles that didn't even have a chance to react to the sudden illumination.
"Holy shit, what happening now" the particles shouted as it non-corporeal eyes, that for some reason still need time to adjust to the light, started perceiving the area around it. "oh, great I gone from a black void to a white void" the particles muttered sarcastically while it moved around a great white void spanning as far as the eye could see.
"HAHAHA" a booming voice laughs seemly coming from all directions at once, cause the particles to move around frantically." Young one you are amusing but be thankful that the light reached you before something else reached you" it continued to boom from everywhere.
"what? Who are you? what else could have reached me? Where am I? why am I here?" questioned poured out of the frantic particles as it started to form more of a humanoid shape. The particles fusing changed colour till the transparent humanoid shape had a murky grey colouring.
"hahaha slow down young one, we have a lot of time after all" the voice softly stated lowering his voice with a calming tone. " I'll answer your questions in order from who I am shall I haha, I am go by Attpri but I have had many names over the eons, there is more in the void then even I know but demons and other beings of chaos would be most likely" the being known as Attpri explained calmly. Attpri voice stopped for a while as the human figure processed this information before continuing.
"you are currently in void between realities, you are here because died in your old world from a car crash" Attpri continued with the most shocking news. "when beings die their souls are usually sent one of three paths, you would know the first two as heaven and hell, the last option is reincarnation which is like a reset for the soul. Somehow your soul was let's say misplaced in the void which has never actually happened before, so any more questions?" he finished.
"yeah like fifty but I will go with, was my accident caused by truck-kun and what happens now" the figure asks allowing his dorky side out. The figure had read many stories about truck-kun sending people to get reincarnated and while he hasn't been given the option of reincarnation yet he was hoping that was his situation.
"haha, truck-kun? You humans come up with very funny myths and legends hahaha" Attpri started laughing again "from what I can see in your memory you kind of have a jest of your situation or to be more precise how I plan on dealing with this situation" he summarised as a massive screen and a pedestal with a button appeared.
"The situation is that I can't let you back into the main paths as we don't know if something infected you in the black void so to counter this I shall send you to a random world, press the button so we can find out" the voice of Attpri explained. The figure slowly walked up to the pedestal and hesitantly pressed the red button, this caused the screen light up with symbols moving like a pokie machine. The figure recognised a bunch of the symbols like Marvel, Naruto, one piece, DxD, DC and many more, they there was many that figure started to worry but sudden the screen froze on 3 DC symbols.
"The world of DC Bahahaha, this will be a new dc universe so not all your information you have will be what happens but it will help. you now have some freedom in choices before your next go at the pokie like what you will look like or you name and family" Attpri declared. The figure seemed to be in thought as Attpri words had a slight echo within the white void, he was thinking about characters and the world, he would be sent to.
