We get to the gate and I see the signs that we are on the right track. This is the place, the graveyard. The one we needed to find. The fact that things are happening so smoothly makes me feel like we could have a win for once.

"We need to find her grave and rip her head out of her body." Darrien voices out, the anger in his voice so evident.

I smile because I am glad that Alanis sent him. There is just something about him. I know I can rely on him even though he acts like he doesn't have a care in the world. Darrien is a family-oriented person. Once he has love for someone, he will protect that person and everyone that is associated with the person. He is doing all this because of Jabi and I am glad that I am associated with the kid.

Glad that he came here, glad that we have a little bit of help.

"It seems like you like to rip heads off,'' I smirk at him jokingly.
