Then after everyone settled down after the arrival of Bianchi and Shammal and also after everyone introduced themselves to I-pin who had just arrived although not everyone was already friendly towards her however Lambo who had just met I-pin seems to have already gotten closer to I-pin fairly quickly as currently Lambo had brought out his switch and was playing with I-pin on the porch of the front yard in Tsuna's house.
At first, due to I-pin's eye problems, she saw Lambo as Brocolli Monster and attacked him due to this when everyone saw this Tsuna quickly remembered in his head."Oh right, I-pin has extremely nearsightedness based on what ??? memories tell me. I forgot since when she talked to us earlier, she didn't say anything weird, but luckily I have my system I'm sure last time when I browsed the store that there was a cure for eyesight in the system."
Then as Tsuna thought of this, he had bought the Yan cleansing pill from the system which cost 50 system points. Luckily due to hidden system quests rewards Tsuna had gotten after the fight with Bianchi and helping Shoichi and Spanner in making the Frost pill which the reason that Tsuna didn't saw a notification for it earlier as he had turned on the silent function of the system back then so he didn't see the hidden quest award notification.
When Tsuna took a look at the two hidden quests prompt in the log function of his system, the first hidden quest prompt said

(Due to completing the hidden quest, the host will receive 400 system points, Poison. Skill coupon x1, Cooking skill rank 1, Due to clearing a special condition of fighting Bianchi until her Full strength the host has also received and Special Physique coupon x1 and Cloud Flames rank 1.)
Then the second hidden quest prompt Tsuna saw in the log of his system.

(Due to completing the hidden quest, the host will receive 250 system points, Dying Will Furnace 3 star rarity x1, Alchemy skill rank 1, Due to clearing a special condition of successfully conducting the pill for the first time the host has also received and Ancient DW pill recipes book x1 and Frost Flames rank 1.)

Then after receiving this. Rewards Tsuna had redeemed the poison skill coupon and had gotten the Skill Poison Dragon Slayer Magic. Which was pretty useful when Tsuna saw the description he found that this magic complemented his Poison Resistance skill and also thought that using poison in combat may be very interesting. However, Tsuna would rather use non-lethal poison unless fighting a truly evil person.
Tsuna knew that being too soft in combat was a bad thing since once you become soft Reborn told him that he might regret it one day. When Tsuna asked Reborn what did he mean Reborn didn't answer that day and weirdly enough in that day Reborn wasn't to harsh in training and didn't try to pull a prank on Tsuna which was surprising.
When Tsuna learned now, he thought that he should spare everyone as he knew that If a day would come a person who once let go might be the one to kill him the next since he knew letting of an enemy would be a very grave mistake.
Then When Tsuna redeemed the Special Physique skill, he had gotten Eternal Sky Body. When Tsuna had seen this he was confused and didn't know what type of physique it was as he didn't know any physiques like that in his ??? memories however when he took a look at the description he found although the physique doesn't directly increase his combat strength it, however, allows Tsuna to use all of his energies to a much diverse degree, etc.
Then Tsuna chose to keep the alchemy furnace and book first since he didn't need them for now and thought that he could assimilate it later anyway.
Then as Tsuna had thought of this when he opened his system, he shrugged this memory off the hidden quests and then redeemed the pill. Then after he got this, he faked that he took the pill from his pocket as he then said: "Hey I-pin, you have eye problems right."
When I-pin heard what Tsuna said she stopped chasing Lambo for a while and due to this Lambo was able to escape for a while. then I-pin said, "Oh yes I do Sawada-san how did you know that?"
When everyone heard this aside from Kyou, Shammal and Spanner who didn't really care about this as they did their own thing which Kyou was currently on her phone seemingly taking a look at CCTV's of Namimori High, Shammal who was in Tinder looking for girls to date for later and Spanner who was focused in another invention of his.
They laughed for a bit as they thought "How couldn't we figure out that you had bad eyesight when you mistook Lambo for a broccoli." then as they noticed that I-pin heard them they quickly stopped chuckling aside from Lambo who heard this.
Then when I-pin was about to rush over to Lambo which currently to her looked like a broccoli monster laughing at her disability, Tsuna said: "Hey Ipin I actually have a pill here which I'm night sure that it would work however it might have a chance to fix your eyesight."
When I-pin heard this, she became excited about a bit since it was a bit hard for her in her assassination attempts to identify the target due to her eyesight and due to various failed attempts she always was punished by his Master.
They at first tried to buy I-pin a pair of glasses however due to her having tiny ears she wasn't able to put on the glasses without holding them up, and she also couldn't get contacts because she was too young to get one. Although Fon her Master had thought of just buying some goods from the supernatural factions something that can help Ipin's eyesight he saw that as I-[pin grew up her eyesight slowly started getting better however it seems that she still has problems in certain areas when looking at specific person's.
Then Ipin said asked Tsuna once again "Sawada-san will it really work?!!" As I-pin started saying this with an exciting look. Seeing I-pin's reaction, Tsuna just nodded and handed off the pill to I-pin.
When I-pin took the pill, she suddenly felt a comfortable feeling from her eyes then as everyone saw a bright light coming from I-pin. They blocked their eyes until the light disappeared when everyone then took at I-pin and they were surprised due to the change in her looks.
They saw Ipin looks turn into her hair had gotten a red tint in it and saw that her face looked more smooth than ever before. Still, the most change they saw in I-pin was that her eyes turned into an oval-shaped eye with red pupils unlike her original extremely stranded eyes then as everyone was surprised as I-pin's sudden change especially Hana. The latter had only seen this type of thing the second type aside from the revelation when Chrome had accidentally shown of her Dying Will Flames back then which cause them to have to reveal about Tsuna being from a real Mafia and the supernatural of the world.
Then, everyone, anyone had gotten their bearings back I-pin squealed in delight as she said "Amazing I can see everything so clearly now, and I can even see through the walls for a bit."
