Chapter 3: Music
"Is this piano good enough for you, Mister Kier? Our Music Club will gladly accommodate any of your wishes. If you have any disappointments, we will make sure that everything will be of passing standard for you immediately," the sweaty president of the school's Music Club said while showing Kenji the Music Hall of the school.
Kenji shook his head then lightly smiled at the sweaty president.
"Everything is fine, President. All I want to do is to continue my passion in music even in school. Even just a guitar and a microphone is fine for me," Kenji comforted the very accommodating president.
The president heaved a sigh of relief as this person he's talking to right now is a world class talent in music. If he has any orders or wishes, he'll do everything to the dot. After all, just a word from Kenji and his Music Club will be gone forever. It's a good thing that the musician is good-tempered.
But then again, how did Kenji find his way to the Music Hall earlier? He remembered that he woke up late and rushed immediately to the school to welcome the musician, but he saw the musician looking at the instruments of the Music Hall instead of the school gate.
"Uhmm, Mister Kier, may I ask to who led you here? I don't mean to intrude or to be rude but, who did it? I should thank that person for leading you here, or you might be burned now under the sun by the school gates," the sweaty president thought that he was really saved by that mysterious person. If word got out that he made the famous musician wait at the school gates, this will be enough to make him eat grass forever!
Kenji looked at him and smirked at the president. His face full of mischief.
"One name. Sveta," after hearing the name of the mysterious person, the president felt even more relieved. It was the school's goddess that helped the musician! 'I better kneel at the goddess for her blessings! Her kindness saved me big time!'
"Hey, do you know which room she's in? I'll be paying her a visit before I go home to ready my school stuff later. I'm thinking of inviting her to a duet," Kenji smiled naughtily as he imagined himself with Veta singing in a stage with a lot of audience.
'Flaunting my love?' Kenji laughed at his naughty thoughts. The president by the side looked bewildered at why the musician laughed by himself.
'Is he thinking about how beautiful the goddess is?'
"Yes, Mister Kier. The goddess' whereabouts are always monitored by the princess trio. They always update the school forum so that the goddess' fans can have a chance to interact with her. Please wait for a moment. I'll check," the sweaty president answered as he opened his phone and clicked the app the princess trio developed, 'Where Is The Goddess?'.

The sweaty president clicked the button for the payment. The higher you pay, the latest the information is. Well, the maximum is a hundred pesos, so no one is getting sued for overpricing.
[Valiant Princess: Oh, hey Mister Music Club President. For your question, Veta is currently here in ABM Building, Room 101. We might leave and go to the mall for lunch later. Is there any more questions regarding the goddess that you want to ask?]
The sweaty president instantly got an answer from the app developer. And there's an advantage for paying the maximum amount for the information; you can ask an additional question about the goddess.
[Music Club President: Yes, Valiant Princess, uhmm, if someone invited her to a duet, will she possibly accept the invitation?]
[Valiant Princess: I just asked her. She'll be very happy to do so. She said that it has been a long time since someone asked her to sing. Even her parents were quite busy lately so no one asked her to sing for them. Did my answer satisfy your curiosity, dear customer?]
[Music Club President: Thank you for the information, Valiant Princess. I'll be keeping check.]

"I got the goddess' whereabouts now, Mister Kier. And the goddess will be very much happy to have a duet with you. Do you need me to lead you to her?" The sweaty president said as he readied his bag to lead the musician outside the Music Hall.
The musician took one last look at the well kept instruments in the Music Hall before answering with a smile.
"Lead me to her," that short andwer was enough for the president as he ordered the club secretary to keep track of the students that wanted to enter the Music Hall even though the school is yet to start it's classes.
He happily led Kenji to thw building where the goddess is. When they were near the building, the sweaty president noticed a boy in a varsity jacket, and he noticed the boy instantly.
He's about to approach Hein when Kenji beat him to it.
"Long time no see, Hein," Kenji greeted as he smiled at the basketball player mischievously. Hein's expression darkened as he recognized Kenji.
"Kenji Owen Kier. Long time no see. But here's a tip: I'll win. No one will snatch her away from me," different from the suave and overly handsome Hein back in Veta's room, this Hein excluded a dangerous aura. The sweaty president even gulped hard because he felt so much hostility. Was there some past between these two idols?
"Hein, Hein, Hein. You never learn. You were just standing near the building of Veta and you haven't gotten anything out of it? Tsk tsk. I'll be inviting her to a duet later. Can you invite her to play basketball? Tss. Lame. Anyways, later," the sweaty president never thought that the musician had this side on him. Although he has a few mischievous and naughty smiles, he never had this sharp tongue. Not until this time.
"Hmmph! I'll be watching you then. V's always the one who shoulders your out of tune voice. Better not embarrass yourself, K," Hein snobbishly said then walked away.
The sweaty president had so much sweat in him than ever when he watched the encounter between the two monstrous talents of the world.
"Come on, President. I can't wait to have this duet," Kenji instigated, clearly excited to piss Hein once again. The sweaty president just nodded and led him there. Once hey reached the door, they heard the melodic voice of a goddess.
"I also wanted to ask that to myself, Rhy. It's all really a coincidence."
