Chapter 249: A Declaration Of Love

[Johan's POV]

"W-What are you suddenly saying, Rus?" Johan backed away as far as he could in the cramped space inside the cab. There was no way for him to escape, as the Ferris wheel's rotation continued.

It wasn't the first time Russell threw the 'L' word at him. There had been plenty of occasions where he would drop it casually. Since they spent a year together in the acting class, he knew it was something the older boy would do to mess with him, and his usual reaction was to tell him off. This time, however, it felt different.

As if he's already expecting his reaction, Russell only shrugged and held his head high, slumping back on his seat. "It's not like I'm asking you out. I'm not even expecting you to say, 'I love you too,' so calm your shit. I'm just letting you know because you are stupid."

Johan glared. "Is this some kind of a joke? You think this is funny? What kind of game are you playing this time?"
