Magical beings are magical creatures who have a form and intelligence more or less similar to people. The following magical beings are commonly used for the making of magical wands:

- Banshees

- Fairies

- Harpies

- Incubi and Succubi

- Mermaids and Mermen

- Werewolves

A banshee wand is any wand that has one or more banshee hairs in its core.
