Chapter 1: Introduction

Long ago lived a king named Arthur Stick, he ruled over an entire country, Sria. The people loved him, when he ruled there was no poor or lonely. He helped the people out and expected nothing in return.

One day while out Arthur accidentally offended a witch. When he apologized, she did not forgive him and cursed Arthur to never be able to have a child. No matter what his court's witch did, they couldn't reverse the curse.

That's when he had an idea, to just choose the next king. Arthur met many people who he thought were perfect for the job. One though, in particular caught his eye. A young know-it-all Plorin-a race of humans that has scaley purple skin-named Alexander ReBell.

They had become pretty close and the time finally came where Arthur was on his death bed. Quickly, Arthur appointed Alex king just before he died.

Outrage broke out across Sria. Dice Humans-human races that were here first (asians, African Americans, Etc.)-were the only ones who had ever sat on the throne. Soon a war broke out in the country, and Alex knew he wasn't going to win.

So he called upon Hazel Bernard, the court's witch at the time. Alex has asked Hazel years before to make an ever lasting generation of soldiers who would fight for Sria. In return he would make her family royal when he died.

So Hazel gave these soldiers that were born, special powers to protect the throne, and they took on the identities of the zodiac signs. Each one had a different personality and would never die of natural causes. Once every last one of them die, they would be reborn a new.

During the war, two of the 14 soldiers had fallen. Alex was ferious, he demanded answers from Hazel. She explained that the Gemini pair came in twins and one was just more powerful then the other in battle. As for the other in one of the dice human cultures there's a thirteenth zodiac that doesn't count as a zodiac. She explained that he's the glue to keep them together, the most powerful zodiac there.

In this life he's as harmless as a fly but in the next, the most powerful. The thirteenth is also different and will transfer into another person's body instead of being reborn.

After months and months of bloodshed, the war had finally ended thanks to the zodiac knights. As the years past afterwards Alex and the zodiacs has become very close. They became like his children, and the news of his death was as painful as a lost of a father.

The only thing more painful was the fact that they got blamed for it. They were exiled and sentenced to death. Each one of them was thrown into a jail cell. Only to be missing the next morning. Ever since they have been exiled and some say that they split up. Other say that they are still together protecting our city.

Years later the culprit was found, Hazel Bernard. Since her father wasn't given the throne she had took plans into her own hands. Her poor father has to kill his own daughter because she broke the law. Ever since King Jon and his son Prince James have rules the land together.
