Xiao Ren finished reading the scroll of the Tempest Lightning Movement Technique and was completely oblivious that someone was watching him and that someone was even in his body.
"This technique was incomplete huh, this was just the first part and I didn't notice it earlier but I think there's more to this technique that what it shows" Xiao Ren said after reading the scroll because if this incomplete scroll is already at the Yellow Rank Peak Level Grade Movement Technique what if it is complete scroll of the Tempest Lightning Movement Technique.
The Tempest Lightning Movement Technique first part is moving like a tempest, a raging wind like movement is the first part and as the scroll is only the first part Xiao Ren doesn't know how many parts it still has and what it is like.

After training the movement technique Xiao Ren was gasping for air as he put his hands on his knees that was trembling "haa haa f*ck this is haa hard" Xiao Ren said as he feels he doesn't have strength on his knee.
Xiao Ren then slump to the ground with his butt first "haaa looks like this is more hard to train even though the Raging Tiger Fist and the Tempest Lightning Movement Technique are the same in grade" Xiao Ren said before he laid his back to the ground.
As Xiao Ren laid his back he close his eyes to rest but it turned into a sleep because of exhaustion.

After Xiao Ren sleep the Woman once again show herself in her illusory form "This child soul strength is more powerful than anyone on his age, and he is pretty hardworking I guess I will help you this time to repay you for also awakening me" the woman said before pointing her finger to Xiao Ren.
The woman's finger then release a red light that go to Xiao Ren as he sleep. Inside Xiao Ren's body the red light is assimilating to his bones, cells, muscle and meridian while outside, his body is releasing an impurities through his pores in his body.
"Good, now his body is more stronger and pure" the woman said before disappearing and going back to the mark.
Xiao Ren continue to sleep till afternoon before he wake up "ahh what the hell it stinks" Xiao Ren said as he get up and rubbed his eyes "Huh... WHAT THE HELL IS THIS!" Xiao Ren shout as he saw his body full of mud that is not pretty good for the nose.
After standing up Xiao Ren then dash towards their home to wash himself "f*ck what happened I just sleep and suddenly I am full of dirty mud after I wake up" Xiao Ren said as he run and he didn't even realize that as he run he was using the technique he trained earlier with more ease.
After a while Xiao Ren arrived home and saw his mother and Xiao Xi but he didn't stop and dash towards the bathroom to washed himself.
Meanwhile after Xiao Ren arrived at home Xiao Xi managed to see him full of dirty mud in his body "Hehe looks like big brother is having a hard time training that he even made a mistake to fall in the mud" Xiao Xi said when she saw Xiao Ren's body dirty as she thought that Xiao Ren made a mistake and fall on the mud that's why he was covered in mud.

After Xiao Ren finished washing his body and changing with a new fresh clothes he goes out from his room and saw his Mother and Xiao Xi preparing for dinner "Ohh Ren good your here can you call your Father so that we can eat" Liu Bing said after seeing Xiao Ren comes out to which Xiao Ren accepted before going out to call his Father.
When Xiao Ren and Xiao Feng got home they started eating and talk about the day. After they finish eating Xiao Ren excuse himself and go back to his room.
Inside his room Xiao Ren was meditating and feel that his body seems more fresh and stronger but he didn't know what made him more feel like that. After a while Xiao Ren stop meditating and think about what happened today before laying on his bed before slowly sleep.

The next morning Xiao Ren go to the mountain early after he wake up and eat to start training.
After arriving to the mountain Xiao Ren close his eyes to calm himself and tries remember the movement of the Tempest Lightning Movement Technique, when Xiao Ren calmed down and open his eyes he immediately execute the Tempest Lightning Movement Technique.

Xiao Ren collide to the tree trunk as he didn't control his movements when he execute the Tempest Lightning Movement Technique "arghh what the hell it hurts, but I did it haha, I was more better now than yesterday but I don't I'm at initial mastery at it as I still don't make a tempest in my wake and I can't even control my speed" even though Xiao Ren collide to the tree trunk he still mused with a smile after he execute the Tempest Lightning Movement Technique.
Xiao Ren feel excited as yesterday he can't even move that fast and even though he can't control it perfectly now he can use it "I just need more practice to master it and be use the speed as I use it" Xiao Ren said as he rub his face that was first to collide to the tree trunk.
"Okay let's do it" Xiao Ren said with even more determination than before and practice the Tempest Lightning Movement Technique.
Xiao Ren continued to train till he feels his knees and feet giving up before resting. after resting for a while Xiao Ren then train his body for a while before continuing to train the Tempest Lightning Movement Technique.
After Xiao Ren got exhausted Xiao Ren rest before continuing to train the movement technique, this cycle continue till afternoon "Haaa haaaa I'm tired but haaa I'm getting better haha" Xiao Ren said with a laugh as he laid in the ground while gasping for air.
Xiao Ren rest for half an hour before standing up to go home. Xiao Ren started walking and thought 'I still didn't use my rank 3 medicine pill and It looks like I still can't use it soon as I want to use it for breakthrough to 9th layer of body tempering realm'

'what... I consume a medicinal herb in the past but this is not like what happened I take an hour before I completely absorb it and it was even only rank one' Xiao Ren thought as he feel what's happening in his body.
After five minutes Xiao Ren opened his eyes with shock as he completely absorb the energy of the rank 2 medicine herb.
Xiao Ren felt his body strengthen so he knows that he really absorb the energy of rank 2 medicine herb for only five minutes and thought for the reason how can he absorb faster before he look at the mark on his right palm "so maybe this is the reason why my body get faster in absorbing the medicine herb?" Xiao Ren said before laying on his bed as he now more sure that the stone crystal that fuse to his body is the reason why his body absorb the energy faster.
"so even though I can't make elixir using the stone crystal it helps me in absorbing energy as it is in my body now" Xiao Ren said before he closed his eyes and sleep slowly take over him.
