Chapter 83: You Don’t Have My Permission

The cold blade of an exquisite dagger was placed on Nile's neck. The soft voice of a panting woman was heard beside his ears. 

"Don't move, or I'll cut your throat!"

Nile stopped in his tracks as he stared down at the dagger. 

Surprisingly, Nile is not alarmed or worried. He stared down at the cold dagger like it was only a toy. 

Bam*! 

The sound of collision echoed as the dagger disappeared in Nile's sight.

The woman who threatened Nile was now sprawling on the floor a few meters away from Nile. 

Croco pinned the woman down with his enormous leg. Croco made sure to put enough pressure on the woman's upper chest just below her neck. While doing so, he did not forget to snarl closely in the woman's face.

Smokes were oozing from Maximo's nose as he stood beside Nile, visibly enraged. His front right hoof was scratching the ground in agitation. Any moment and Maximo will pounce again.
