Chapter 54: Some people will never change

"Orlan, where did you safeguarded the gemstone," William asked him.

"Alpha king, William, come with me. I will show you," saying Orlan took him inside their packhouse.

He took them to the study room of the packhouse. Inside the study room, there is a hidden compartment on the backside of his father's portrait.

"We have placed the gemstone inside this hidden compartment, alpha king William. The room will be opened only with the current alpha wolf's fingerprint of my pack," saying Orlan turned shifted into his wolf form and placed his left thumb at the center of the portrait.

The portrait turned into a narrow room in which one person can walk at a time. Orlan turned into his human form and guided them into the room.

As soon as Orlan stepped into the hidden room, the light sensor recognized his presence, and the place turned into bright.
