Chapter 4: The as usual test results

Carla reached to her classroom all the way thinking about the cute werewolf she had unwillingly left behind.

It was already time to start the next period when she reached the class. Carla is a mathematics student.

Her courses in 11th and 12th standards include mathematics, physics, and chemistry. She wants to become an architect in the future.

There are very few female students in this branch. The time she reached the classroom, it was already time to start the mathematics class.

Sassy looked at Carla menacingly, thinking ways to teach her lesson since there is a long way for them, as of now, she only wants to give her a little teaching.

Even though she is very mean and calculative, the sassy is good at studies. Since she used to get her way, however, she wants from childhood; she is full of herself and an arrogant lady.

She looks down on others who are not of her state and ridicules them.

Her parents never made her realize her mistakes, which made her be ruder towards others, precisely to the people with no background.

The mathematics class started with basics. It was a fun and exciting course with professor Adaline.

She is a woman in her early forties and a good friend of Romina.

The woman is naturally fond of Carla as she is very good at math. Moreover, she was also present during adoption. But she never favored Carla due to their friendship.

Professor Adaline finished and was about to leave the class when sassy with a smug smile and arrogance asked:

"Professor Adaline, don't you think you forgot something? We all want to know about our exam results. Can you please let us know not making us more nervous about it".

No one dares to ask professor Adaline as she is a rigorous professor, and she never gives the students a chance to be arrogant with her.

Raising her left eyebrow, she replied: "since you are too eager with your results, why don't you go to the staff room and ask yourself.

The young lady, I can understand by your anticipation that you want to prove yourself to the class. Hmph, why don't you solve a math problem based on my lesson now?

If you solve, I will let you know the results myself; if not, the whole class will get the results but not you.

Understanding arrogance and smugness didn't work with the professor Adaline. She hesitatingly apologized and backed down, thinking this is not the right time.

She also cheerfully said that she is just enthusiastic to know her results as it is the first test on this campus.

Professor Adaline warned her indirectly to be more cautious and well behaved as this is not the place where she can act like; however she wants.

Sassy fuming internally, smiled at professor Adaline and promised she would be careful, thinking she has to do something to be in good looks of this professor.

The next class is a chemistry class, and this professor of theirs doesn't like speaking unnecessarily. All the students very well knew not to provoke him even the slightest bit.

This professor joined newly into the campus and is well known for his punishments on the students for their mistakes. It's better to be far away from him and do their work.

He came into the class introduced himself, as usual, saying his name is Liam Walker. They can call him professor Walker and started the lesson.

He believes in writing down the notes while teaching. He is in his early thirties looking dashing and handsome.

So all the students took the notes and asked some minimal doubts. He is pleased with this class's students and informed them they should maintain the same.

When both the classes finished, it is already a 3'o clock, and now they will have an exercise class.

In this class, the fitness teacher announced they would be getting the results.

This campus has the students from kindergarten to 12th standard. There is another campus of St. Mary's backside of this secondary high school building for graduation.

All the students started whispering to each other that Carla will be the first one as usual. But some students were looking forward to defeating her by coming in the first place.

Most of the students don't like her and think she is too arrogant and full of herself. She doesn't even take a look at others. She is also daring and bold.

On top of that, the principal becoming her mother added more fuel to these gossips. Her physical appearance also not added an ounce of goodness to her profile.

No one dares to provoke as her eyes will be scary if she gets angry. Those red eyes will be like a volcano ready to explode with lots of lava looking like blood.

Where in reality, she is an introvert and doesn't like people's judging looks towards her. Moreover, she is not a type to initiate an interaction with others.

The fitness professor gave out the exam papers and announced the results. Most of the students got good marks as usual; Carla got the best results.

She got out and out marks for all the subjects. The paper is of an exceptionally high standard than usual. Many of the students got relaxed after the results.

The professor congratulated all the students and started the class.

Since this is the first class, he just gave some tips to be healthy and fit because of which students started enjoying the lecture.

But the sassy got a shock when she didn't get the first place. She is not able to digest her getting into the top 5 positions at all. The lady used to be on top, but not today.

Meanwhile, in the woods behind the forest, the green-eyed wolf woke up and almost healed. His pack members still didn't reach to this place.

Since he is not feeling good yet, he is unable to shift into a human.

The wolf's aura completely changed now, and he is emitting power, which makes one bow to him.

The wolf seemed to be of alpha blood. Those green eyes are too adorable and captivating. He is still sleepy head and looking here and there to identify the place.

When he gets an idea about the place, a strong fragrance hit his nostrils, making him take deep breaths.

It is a fragrance that makes you relax and also to be on guard against the person. The wolf is unable to point out the feel it is getting towards the person.

He understands one thing that someone is coming towards him, and he tried to hide.

After the class was complete, Carla looked at her watch.

The time is 4'o clock now, which meant the lecture went more than 45minutes, which is the usual duration of a class. Carla hastily packed her things and dashed out of the classroom.

Romina is the principal, and she can't leave along with Carla now. So she arranged a driver for her. Carla ran towards the parking area and reached the driver.

She informed him that it would take a couple of hours for her and asked whether he would wait for her or go to the home, and she will call when she is ready.

The driver said he would wait for her anyway; he has to wait to get the madam. Thanking him, she took off towards the library so that the driver will not be doubtful.

When she is far from his watch, Carla walked towards the woods. She is worried about whether she can be able to see that cute wolf or not.
