Chapter 504: Something More

Angeal felt someone staring at her. She looked behind her and saw Devin looking intently at her. She suddenly smiled and hopped towards him.

"Did you miss me?" Angeal asked as she reached Devin.

"There was never a moment that I didn't."

Devin smirked which made Angeal feel pleased. She was so happy she didn't respond anymore. Thinking of a way to respond to Devin, Angeal noticed that his eyes looked different.

As if, he cried.

"What happened to your eyes?" she immediately asked.

"I cried."

"You cried?!" Angeal screamed out of surprise.

"Is there something wrong with that?" Devin felt a little lost, clueless about why she reacted that way.

"Nothing…" Angeal answered with so much fascination in her voice. "I don't know anything about your tears today but I have a feeling that it is for a good reason." She smiled at him and reached out to kiss his cheek.
