Chapter 7: Dancing with Swords

A minute seem to pass between Brent and I. Brent looks over to the sword holder. " Victoria Grace i challenge you to a dual. " He picks up a sword. " I challenge you to a bout." "Very cocky arnt you? All right be prepared to lose." I lean into a lunge. " En-garde! Pret! Allez!" I jump foward and Brents sword counteracts mine. " Im not even trying yet Victoria." I glare at him. " Well I'm the best sword welder, im just warming up." I move my sword again and move in for a hit. His sword connects with mine once again and we are moving as if we are dancing with swords. For some reason he seems memorized with me and i take advantage of it and move in for a shot, and he counteracts with unhuman speed. He get a point off of me. "Bloody hell! How did you get a point off of me!" " Im just good." Brent twirls the sword around in his hand." Maybe once you get better we can rematch." he smirks, and lifts his sword so the flat side traces my cheek. I blush and pull away. " Im going to get changed for dinner." I start to head towards cottage. A strange wind whips by me, the same wind from Roanoke. I shiver. Brent sees me shiver and drapes his top coat over my shoulders. I smile and continue walking..
