At a military base outside Central City a few days later.
In the middle of a lab, Leon was calmly finishing everything before the introductions started, when Amanda Waller came on the scene and said:
[Leon, is everything ready?] (Amanda).
[I am finishing the last preparations, if I had better generators to work with instead of this crap that I had to modify, everything would be ready 3 hours ago, but I am making do with what I have] (Leon).
[Next time, be more specific in detail when asking me for things for a project] (Amanda).
Turning and looking at Amanda, Leon said:
[Don't worry, next time I'll be as specific as possible] (Leon) said with a malicious smile.
After a few more minutes he finished it all and left with Amanda to wait for the country's leaders.
After an hour, President John Smith, Armed Forces General Wade Eiling, and a group of Senators and ministers arrived at the base.
Next to them was a group of armed soldiers, and 6 skinny soldiers who were with General Eiling, honestly they were not even close to being healthy.
But Leon was already counting on that.
And what The President and the Ministers saw was Leon calmly standing by the entrance gate while chewing gum, with Amanda Waller at his side.
The moment Leon saw them coming he smiled and said:
[Hello, Mr. President, it is a pleasure to see that you came here just to see my little science project] (Leon) said while extending his hand.
President Smith when he saw Leon extending his hand did not even hesitate and shook his hand when he said:
[If what Waller told me is true, I wouldn't call it a simple project] (President Smith) said with a smile.

Looking at the 6 sick soldiers Leon said:

As much as Eiling didn't like how Leon acted, he understood that if the matter were true, he would have to lick Leon's bag a lot in the future.

Although weapons are effective, it is soldiers who win wars, having the best soldiers will inevitably give them the best chance of winning a war.
After Leon left with the soldiers Amanda smiled and said:

After that Amanda guided everyone to a room where a window was clear for everyone, and the moment they watched they saw Leon preparing all 6 test subjects in 6 different chambers.
He injected 3 types of serum into each of them, after that he filled the chambers with a dark blue solution and put oxygen masks on the test subjects before making them submerge in the solution.
Turning to everyone watching, Leon turned on the microphone when he said:
[I could do a long presentation, but honestly, I'm not in the mood for this shit, in short, they will become Super Soldiers with enhanced physical abilities, and a low caliber bulletproof skin] (Leon) said before turning a key.
The moment he did, everyone in attendance saw the liquid in the tubes boiling as the experimental soldiers struggled, continuously.
The sight of their muscles swelling every second was insane, their size increased a lot, their bodies were defined, their skin was healthier.
Each of those present was shocked.
In the end, Leon simply turned the key over again and the procedure stopped, after that he opened the capsules and the result made everyone present gasp.
Originally the 6 participants sent were 6 extremely sick people, one of them even had terminal cancer.
But what was in front of them all now, was a group of soldiers who appeared to be perfectly salable.
And if the muscles meant anything, they were probably really strong.
Everyone who went through the procedure was exactly 2.10 meters tall, and his muscles looked like a bodybuilder, but without them blocking any movement.
A perfectly sculpted body for combat.
After they left the tanks, Leon didn't even waste time and said:

The pants and T-shirts of all of them tore, and each one was only in his underwear, and honestly, Leon had no taste for other men.
And after the memories he received, he liked even less the presence of other men.
Coming out of the shock they had when looking at their current bodies, the six soldiers nodded and did as Leon said.
