The man was currently searching for a new species of a plant he discovered last year. Since it's life span was a needed thing other than the pea plants. The plant was important for the reasearch world, it also held many qualities for which the institute loaded his pockets with money. The man excelled in the field of science, therefore he needed a stern study work. He busied himself with the work. 

Just then the door bell resonated in his room which had a connection through the main entrance door. Incase, times like this occured so he should here the outer commotion. Even the servants recieved the guests upon the door, Bryan still needed to know as he didn't trust his staff. That was how the man was wired but his work, the shady one expected him to be like this.
